About this property

This Lakehome has recently transitioned ownership and is located at the Lakehomes at Superior Shores and offers wonderful views of Flood Bay. You are just steps away from water with natural rock beaches and ledges. Onsite amenities include a pool and hot tub (seasonal), walking trails, and a tennis / basketball court. This unit comes fully stocked and ready for your visit. The unit offers four sleeping areas a master bedroom (queen), and upstairs private bedroom (queen), a spectacular loft (king), plus two bonus futon couches in the private office/den(full & twin). The unit contains two bathrooms including the main level (full tub/shower) and the upstairs level (shower only). There is stackable washer/dryer. A natural gas fireplace keeps the place cozy in the winter and air conditioning is available on hot summer days The spacious deck includes a propane grill and a patio table with seating for five.

Exciting News!: The unit has undergone a significant upgrade including carpet, decorations, and a kitchen refresh (new backsplash, keurig, kitchen essentials, and under cabinet lighting). The great room has new leather furniture and a live edge solid walnut dining table. The unit has hi-speed Wi-Fi, Roku streaming televisions with guest mode, and a home theater with a 75" screen, surround sound, and a Nintendo WiiU in the basement. We are also officially registered, licensed, and have been inspected by Lake County and have an up-to-date lodging license (#1577).

Best North Shore has to offer!

We just stayed here for 5 days and 4 nights and the space was perfect! We had 3 Grandmas, 2 adult daughters and ended up with 2 children (12 years old). We all had space to move around, be comfortable and sleep. The location couldn’t have been better as we took in Split Rock Lighthouse and Gooseberry one day and then Duluth, Canal Park and Bowling another day. Then we stayed in Two harbors and hit up the gift shops in town and the heated pool at the lake house for the afternoon. The lake house had everything we needed and the host was very responsive leading up to the trip and during if we had any questions. Don’t miss out on this property if it’s available!!

Amazing Trip to Lake Superior

My recent stay here was amazing. The place was charming, clean, and well-equipped, with a cozy fireplace and a fully stocked kitchen. The private deck offered breathtaking views of Lake Superior, perfect for morning coffee. The location was ideal for outdoor activities like hiking, exploring waterfalls, and enjoying the serene lakeshore. Our host, Justin, was welcoming and provided great local tips, making our stay even more enjoyable. There are plenty of local restaurants and breweries to enjoy. Overall, it was a peaceful, relaxing and beautiful trip, perfect for reconnecting with nature. Highly recommended! We will be back!!

Beautiful property with great views!

A beautiful property overlooking Lake Superior! The Lakehome was clean, cozy, and peaceful. The rock beach behind the property provided a breathtaking view of the lake. We appreciated all basic necessities being supplied (towels, soap, shampoo, etc). Great location as well - perfect distance to drive to the many sites the area has to offer. Highly recommend!

Perfect Getaway

While growing up in the Midwest we always enjoyed visiting superior shores. Over the years we have purchased several fractional shares and now recently obtained full ownership of this unit. We are delighted to able to host you at our favorite place in the world.

Why they chose this property

My family has been visiting this resort since I was a child (35+ years). We have many fond memories of spending time at the North Shore, we are very excited to be able to share our wonderful home with you.

What makes this property unique

This unit has a wonderful view of Flood Bay on lake superior, a large deck, a lower level media room, and plenty of space for you to spread out and enjoy. Close proximity to the pool and hottub and all the resort has to offer.
