Our property is just a short walk to Bristle Cone Park & Pond offering activities for kids of all ages: paddle board, kayak, new children's playground, a beautiful walking path, fishing pond, basketball, volley, tether ball, & pickle ball as well as a large grassy field for what ever game you want to play! Guest access
Condo is located on the top 3rd floor which equates to an amazing quiet loft level with a Mountain View. This is accessed by stairs so please take note of the necessity to walk up and down stairs.

Complimentary parking located under the building. Please be conscience of other guests and limit to one car unless ample spaces are available. Vehicles taller than 6'8" (including racks etc.) exceed maximum height for underground parking, and may access free parking outside of buildings 1 and 3.

Dumbwaiter access inside of parking garage for your convenience. Be aware the dumbwaiter may be down occasionally for maintenance.

Other things to note

Advisement: Brian Head is location is the mountains at elevations of appx. 10,000 feet. Please take the time to inform yourself on possible altitude related physiological responses that a person may have and prepare accordingly. Please stay hydrated and take other considerations for yourself and your party so that you can fully enjoy yourselves. If you need oxygen some of the stores on the mountain may have oxygen tanks available for rent. Also please come prepared for the elements, pay attention to weather forecasts & conditions and have proper attire and equipment.
