Updated Oceanview Condo with brand new furniture and Linens

Please note the beach is unfortunately closed in front of the condo due to Volusia county restoration dune project until 3/10. Price is according to beach closed and the construction. There will be heavy equipment repairing the beach.

Come relax in this 2 bedroom/ 2 bath condo that has recently been totally updated with brand new kitchen, both bathrooms remodeled, and brand new furniture and linens! The beautiful upkept complex at Point East is located directly on the beach and in the no drive zone beach. The complex is directly beside 27th ave park with a great kid's park, basketball courts, and racquetball court. The complex is beautifully landscaped with great amenities including seasonally heated pool (great for winter), shuffleboard, air conditioned/ heated clubhouse with covered pavilion with community grill. The condo's kitchen has been completely updated, both bathrooms, new floors, and brand new furniture!

This condo is great for a family vacation, winter getaways, or if you need a furnished retreat on the beach. The kitchen is fully stocked to make those great meals after hanging out on the beach all day and both bathrooms are updated. Walk steps to the beach and relax as the complex is located directly on the beach. You and the kiddos can go to the beach and pool as many times as want, play with the shuffleboard, or retreat in the clubhouse.

Washer and dryer are right down the hall.

Great Place - Just need TV/Internet Fixed

Great Place - Just need TV/Internet Fixed. The condo was great in a good location. Not much of a view of the beach, but you see it plenty while there. The only issue was daily fight with the internet. It was hit or miss if it stayed online. Worked with the rental agency the whole week and still didn't work well when we left. This is both our personal devices and those in the condo that only run internet like the 3rd bedroom TV. It would go out all the time.
