Villa by the sea in St Jean Cap Ferrat

The villa is located ideally in one of the most beautiful part of St Jean Cap Ferrat.
Right in front of the Fossettes beach and a few minutes away from the port and the village, its location is also the start of great walks by the sea around St Hospice and the cap Ferrat.
It has a garden nicely designed with flowers, a loan, and large terrace to enjoy outside meals at any time of the year.
Its 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms on the first floor offer beddings for 5 to 6 persons.
One of the greatest moment of the day is when you open the shutters in the morning and you discover the two beautiful views on the sea, one toward the Fossettes bay on the South and the other one toward the Baie des Foumis on the East side.
