20961 Rogers Ave- Enjoy a relaxing beach stay at a newly updated and renovated cozy cottage just two and a half blocks from the ocean. Perfect for a family or gathering of friends, the house has incredible lounging spaces inside and out. Sunbathe on the upstairs front deck, enjoy your coffee with a book on the back or downstairs side decks, cozy up in the dining nook, or enjoy the spacious upper level family, TV, and gathering space. The yard is also fully fenced - perfect place to bring your dog for a beach vacation!
$200 non-refundable pet fee, per pet. Dogs only- 2 dog max.

A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $.00.

All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager. You will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your payment within the required deadlines provided or your booking request will be cancelled.
