Close to beaches, restaurants, and shopping. We are 3 miles from Lewes beach and 3 miles from Rehoboth Beach.

1-story ranch home with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, outdoor patio, outdoor shower and full size washer and dryer.

Home sleeps 9 with one King in master bedroom, double bed in second room and full bunkbed in third bedroom.

First floor has a full bath and a large, open layout with living room, dining area, and fully stocked kitchen, stools at the island.

Patio is off the dining area where you can enjoy your morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail.
Dogs are allowed with fee.
No fence yard.
Check-in is at 4 p.m. and checkout at 10:00 am.

Amenities: cable, wifi internet access, coffee maker, toaster oven, blender, grill, outlet protector covers (for infants), iron and iron board, hair dryers.
Liquid hand and dish soap is provided.

What supplies do we provide?

We provide a starter pack of supplies which includes:

• Liquid hand soap in each bathroom
• 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom
• 1 roll of paper towels
Coffee filters and starter pack of coffee as well as instant coffee.

This complimentary starter supply is designed for your convenience so you can unpack, get settled, and enjoy your stay without immediately running to the store.

What are my responsibilities for cleaning the unit?

Rental guests should keep the unit in presentable condition by:

• Washing dishes

• Taking out trash--Please take out to mailbox area SUNDAY NIGHT or you will be charged a $50 if not completed.

• Sweeping sand out of our home

For these tasks, we provide a vacuum cleaner, broom, and dust pan. Our guests are not expected to completely clean the property before checking out.

Perfect!

The home was very clean and not cluttered like many other rentals we've stayed at; the host was very friendly and responsive to our inquiries. The location is perfect, and the neighborhood nice and quiet. We will definitely be returning!!

Pet friendly and in a good location

The neighborhood was really nice and it was conveniently located off route 1. The property was able to fit all of us and we were able to bring the dogs which was a bonus. However, the house could use some updates. The screened in porch was a bit dirty and had some tears in the screen and in the screen door making it hard to use with the dogs. Also, the house was not very well stocked with kitchen supplies. Overall, a good house in a good location but could use some updating and cleaning in some areas.

Beach week

We could not use th the screened in porch, because there was a big hole in the screen that someone had gone through. We had found dirty dishes in the cupboard. We had to replace a lightbulb above the sink there was a dirty pan with meat and Greece in the oven. The fact that the kitchen said it was stocked it was not there were no platters. There was no corkscrews. There was no sauce pan no frying pan. The neighborhood was wonderful. The closest to the beach and the town were a very big convenience, but the house truly needed to be cleaned and gone over with the owner.

Great House

Private, spacious, clean and great neighborhood. Close to beach, golfing and shopping. Host was great to work with! Will recommend to all family and friends for the future!

Great house close to everything

We stayed for 2 nights. The house is a short drive for both Rehobeth and Cape Henlopen. The property was exactly as advertised. It was a little strange that the top bunk of the bunk beds was right under the ceiling fan, but the AC works great so it wasn't really a problem.
