Ideal for for a small family ( maximum a couple and a child).
Located In a very quiet residential neighborhood,but close to beach(1.6Miles) ,outlets(1/3Mile) .Restaurants and super markets within 1 mile .Bring your bikes _Hiking/biking trail is a block away .

* Please note, linens (bed sheets, bath and beach towels) will not be PROVIDED. There WILL be pillows and comforters on each bed.

* We provide dish detergent, dishwasher tablets, trash bags ,paper towels and toilet paper
You control your own AC, ceiling fans, washer and dryer in unit , full kitchen with microwave ,Keurig, toaster and large refrigerator.


Check in 4PM ; Check out 10:30

We are owners live on first floor.
The basement is also 1 bedroom suite without kitchen for Summer rental only and both rental units share the same walkway .

Quiet little place

If you are looking for a place for 1-2 people to stay, this is it. It's quiet but close to anything you would like to do in town. Very clean and nice. I would stay here again.

Quiet and Close

We walked in to the guest suite and my first impression was how large and clean it is! It was close enough that I could jog into downtown Rehobeth for a coffee, but just far enough to make for a peaceful retreat from the beach bustle. It would also make a great place to stay for bikers and walkers with the easy access to trails.

Great location and property

This was the perfect place for my wife and I to get away. We brought our bikes along, and didn't drive the car the entire stay. We were able to store the bikes in the garage overnight, which was great. The Junction and Breakwater Trail is super close to the property, which made it easy to get the to beach and restaurants. Communication with the host was easy and he seemed to always be available. Would definitely stay here again.

Winter birding getaway

My spouse and I booked this property for a winter birding getaway. Property was very clean, accurately described and all appliances were fully functional. Location was residential and ver quiet. It was close to our excursion sites of Indian River Inlet, Gordon's Pond and Cape Henlopen Park. Rates were very economical. A very good property for couples who wish a quieter atmosphere and better value than a Rte. 1 motel

Great, quiet location

Nice clean apartment with easy access to Rehoboth, Lewes and surrounding area. Bring your bikes - easy trail access just up the road. No "bells and whistles" here, but still a great getaway. Need some comfortable seating in the living room and some more kitchen supplies, but this property is a nice find at a great price. Super quiet neighborhood allows for a wonderful night's sleep too. Thanks Quang!

Fantastic

Very clean with everything we needed. Coffee and creamer, shampoo and shower wash, even a hair dryer. We were going to a wedding and Quang also lent us an iron and board. We also borrowed bikes for the trail to Lewes. This was a beautiful bike ride. Thank you so much.

Fantastic time! Property is off of main road to avoid loud traffic noise, but everything of not is a 10 to 15 minute drive away with plenty of access to public spaces. Had a great experience.

We love staying at our Rehoboth Beach retreat!

This is such a a great location. The neighborhood feels secluded and quiet, but it’s so close to everything. Quang is a very attentive host, and he always answers messages quickly. This is our fourth year, and we plant to continue coming back. Highly recommend this rental!

Lovely property. Would suggest a small sofa or love seat in the TV room. Was a little awkward to snuggle into the chairs to relax and watch some Netflix.

Rehobeth Anniversary Trip

We stayed here for a long weekend to celebrate our anniversary. The house was very spacious and had everything we needed. We rented bikes and rode the bike trail that comes right by the house. Would definitely stay here again.

Bike Delaware!

We had a great time staying at this property that's very near the Junction/Breakwater Trail. We bicycled the whole loop twice--beautiful, well-marked trail--and found the property convenient to downtown Rehoboth Beach. Each afternoon, we had a nice long walk down to the beach and then walked home under cool autumn breezes. The property is clean and has a well-stocked kitchen. The best part is the quiet, pretty neighborhood.
