Welcome to Sonrisa II & III Buyout. These two homes feature open and airy floor plans, giving your group plenty of space to unwind and connect. You’ll find a shared outdoor patio with an al fresco dining place and firepit lounge area, as well as an additional balcony space at Sonrisa III. Bonus: Crystal Pier is less than a 10-minute drive away!

Each home features a bright and chic living area with a fireplace and TV, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, and three bathrooms. Ideal for large families, groups, or any type of gathering, these sister homes let you immerse yourself in the iconic Pacific Beach neighborhood.

Home Truths:
- This home accepts a maximum of 2 pets. But pets must be approved in advance and are subject to an additional fee of $150 per pet and a deposit of $300. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- This unit comes with a shared outdoor patio that includes a BBQ, fire pit and boogie boards!
- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.
- This home is located in a neighborhood with a strict noise ordinance policy and therefore is only suitable for quieter groups. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting this home. Otherwise, if violations occur, you may be subject to a fine that can reach up to $10,000.

Parking Details:
Sonrisa II: Shared garage with one parking space, only suitable for a small car - not suitable for a large SUV.
Sonrisa III: Two small garage spaces, not suitable for large SUV

This home comes with a pack-n-play travel crib available. A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24 hours advance notice. Just ask and we are happy to accommodate you and your little ones!

All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit to be charged after booking.
