Forest Trails #37 is a renovated and modern 2 bedroom + den, 3 bathroom property with ample room for the whole family. This townhome sits on three levels with the private garage, washer/dryer, mudroom, den with two built-in twin beds and a full bathroom on the ground level. The second floor contains another full bathroom, a deluxe kitchen with granite countertops and high end stainless steel appliances, a comfortable living room with a sofabed, gas fireplace, flatscreen television and patio access plus a nice dining area with six person dining table. The top floor contains two bedrooms, both with King beds and another full bathroom. We had a wonderful stay in Whistler, the holiday house was warm and inviting. The beds were huge and super comfy with different pillow types to choose from. Lots of towels and complimentary toiletries. The showers were lovely and we really liked the underfloor heating. Everything was really clean apart from some kitchen utensils, my only negative would be that the kitchen units look tired and worn, but after initially noticing upon arrival, it all disappeared as everything functioned perfectly. Coming from England we were very happy to see a kettle so we could still make tea. Overall, we had a really lovely stay! Location was also amazing, really close to the village with everything you could possibly need and more! Would absolutely recommend, we had a fantastic time!
We took the kids to Whistler while they were both on semester break. The heated floors in the bathrooms were really nice in the mornings. There was a stop for the free bus right next to the driveway, but it was about a 5 minute walk to the gondola if you prefer to walk.
The rental was perfect for our needs. We really enjoyed the access we had to all the trail systems. The location was fantastic as we were away from all the hustle of the main townsite but could walk there within 5-10 minutes if needed
Combination of location, price and property management tough to beat. Great setup for our group of friends and so easy to grab the free shuttle and/or walk. Loved being able to ski back to the condo after a day of skiing. Only thing that would've been more ideal is to have been able to just check in online rather than having to go into the Village. Other than that, I'd highly recommend!
Where to even begin. Our stay was pretty horrible. The pro: location! Easy walk to Blackcomb and Whistler villages, easy access to mountainCons: The internet was out for over half of our stay and had obviously been down for an unidentified period of time. Management was increasingly frustrating about this, they basically tried to gaslight me in the end that I didn't ask them to buy a 50 router instead of waiting 2/3 of our stay with no WiFi? Too insane to even get into here The property claimed to allow children, but there is no mechanism to stop kids from falling down the stairs All of the furniture was clearly old and cheap - think questioning if wooden objects will give you splinters and couches that creak when you sit down The rooms are so small that it isn't possible to properly open the closet doors My husband found a used condom outside the back door They didn't provide adequate spares for consumable items (trash bags, paper towels, laundry soap), or in some cases none at all. We were booked for a week so you'd think they would have prepared There was literally no shower gel, just lots of tubes of shampoo Parking is extremely tight, even in the overflow. Our rented Q3 barely fit and that was with a very skilled driver to park it The management company was slow to respond to requests and frustratingly rude and unhelpful as the WiFi issue persisted The TV doesn't work. No Netflix etc, just a DVD player - but the TV played b&w only, no sound

Unfortunately, the internet did stop working in this property which required us to schedule a service call with Rogers. Approx. three days later, service was reinstated.
These guests demanded that 50% of their entire stay be refunded as compensation. Instead, a refund for 20% off of the nights without internet service was provided. This disagreement in appropriate compensation is what facilitated this ridiculous review. Aside from the internet issue, the remainder of the things brought up are completely fictitious.

The kitchen, in general was dirty and sticky. We cook in - no decent pots and pans and the stove was a literal piece of garbage. Fold out sofa was not usable and there was no central air or decent airflow to open the windows. Mountains are gorgeous.

Had you let us know during your stay, we definitely could have provided you with fresh pots and pans if they were needed. Thank you.
The location was a short 10 min walk to the upper village/Blackcomb base via the trail behind the chateaux Whistler. My two teen boys fit well in the small bedroom on the entry level. The garage is very small so if you need to fit a big truck you may want to use the visitor parking, which usually had open spaces.
Suggestion to the owners would be to get a smaller coffee table and L shaped sofa bed and place a small desk in the area next to the sliding doors. Lots of people work remotely these days and a desk/work area would be helpful. better lighting with a bright lamp would be nice. There were a couple of burnt out light bulbs which made it even dimmer inside.
The place was large enough for grandma in her own room and mom and dad in the other room and cousin on the sofa bed with teen boys in the twin bed room. All in all a great stay but the place could use a little better functional space and updated decor.
We were three friends staying for a short visit to W-B. The condo was conveniently located, it was a short walk to the upper village and in the morning we could ski down to the Blackcomb gondola via the footpath past the Fairmont.
The condo itself was warm, comfortable and met our needs/expectations for the trip. We really liked the entry way from the garage - I'm not sure if this is intentional or not, but its effectively a 'warming' room: we would leave our ski boots, gloves, and gear there after a day of skiing and the next morning everything was dry, warm and toasty. It was great. The garage is really tiny though, so make sure you park outside and unload everything before attempting to park in the garage. There are a few small issues inside the condo - the utensils and dishes were pretty shabby ("well-used" might be a good aphorism), the toaster didn't work well - you needed to hold down the lever for it to operate, the dishwasher didn't exactly clean the dishes that well, there was no laundry detergent, etc.
All that said, the showers were hot, the linens and towels clean, and the condo was very comfortable. We would definitely stay there again, with expectations adjusted for the above-mentioned shortcomings.

Place was good and as advertised. Worked well for ski weekend with myself and two friends. Found the trail for ski in ski out which worked well and it was great not to have to drive. Downside was a very limited kitchen with a few glaring omissions including vegetable peeler and salt and pepper

Our rental experience was great. The house was very clean which is super important in my opinion. It was a close walk to down town and the market and an easy bike ride for the boys to the bike lift. Lots of room and it was so nice having 3 bathrooms. The young lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, making sure we had maps of the area.

This is a great apartment in a great location. The description on the website is accurate and we had everything we needed for two great weeks. It is a short walk to the wizard chair lifts for spring season skiing on Blackcomb. A short walk into Whistler Village. The agent dealing with my booking was extremely helpful. A couple of minor things need tweaking at this property and I have informed the agent of these. A warm and comfortable place to stay and I highly recommend this apartment.
