The location is quiet yet very accessible to both the village and all of Whistler’s outdoor attractions, making the Symphony Complex a popular accommodation choice.
This spacious, 1000 sq. ft., 2 bedroom 3 bathroom home features a comfortable living room, dining area, well equipped kitchen and full bathroom on the main level. Two large bedrooms, each with private ensuite bathroom and California style closets, are located on the upper level. The master bedroom offers a King bed and 32” flat panel TV for the ultimate in resort living, there is a split King in the second bedroom and a queen sofabed in the living area. Very convenient to the Marketplace and shuttle runs, we had a lovely time! Kitchen was well stocked, had everything we needed. Great place for families. We'll be back!

Location was good and supermarket 5 mins away as was free shuttle bus. Some toiletries were supplied. Table and chairs need some love and care. Bring your own condiments and a knife unless you know how to cut an apple with a serrated knife! Ear plugs would be handy as Lorimer Road is quite busy and traffic is loud when roads are wet. Third bathroom was handy. Overall condo met our needs.
PROS: Great location that is close to the market, free shuttle and walking trails. Unit is a good layout for 2, unrelated adults. We stayed for 13 nights. Friendly, response propert management staff. Unit is well equipped with supplies such as: paper towels, tissue, trash bags, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, shampoo, and towels.CONS: Unit does not have a keypad lock system which means you need to use physical keys to lock/unlock and carry them around with you all day. Many of the window blinds are broken and do not seal out the light. In the primary bedroom, I needed to use a sleep mask due to the outside street lights. The lint trap on the clothes dryer is broken and snags clothing. Please replace.CONSIDERATIONS: When you walk in the front door, you need to walk up 15 steps to reach the kitchen, living room, half-bath and laundry. There is a handy ski caddy area, however.
We had everything we needed. The house was clean and we all slept comfortably. The hot tub did ruin our bathing suits because it was like sitting on sand paper, but it was so nice to have a hot tub to use. The staff where amazing! Thank you

Thank you for the review. The heating in the property is done through baseboards and the gas fireplace and both should be adjustable by standard thermostats. We will check on them to ensure everything is working correctly. Our apologies for any issues you encountered.
Overall, this condo is a good place to stay for a ski vacation. It's close to a grocery store and restaurants, as well as a stop for the free city-run shuttle to the slopes. Positives: quiet, clean throughout, three bathrooms, a pretty well-stocked kitchen, excellent and friendly check-in and check-out at a nearby office, great hot tub within easy walking distance, good email communication with staff regarding reservation before check-in, secure underground parking, and a small area in the condo entry that stores skis and boots for four people. Could be improved: major kitchen appliances that work but could use updating (aside from the newer dishwasher), older wood furniture in the living and dining rooms that’s kind of beat up, and a pedestal sink in one bathroom and half a dozen floor tiles in another that are cracked.
Unit was in great location to get on #4 bus to Gonolas for Whistler-Blckcomb. Unit was clean and well appointed. We were not given a garage door opener which created difficulty to get in garage each time we returned because we had to go in garage via a pedestrian door to get inside garage and open garage door so we could then pull vehicle in to garage. Very inconvenient.

Hi Glenn, thanks for the review. We are a bit confused by the garage door opener comments as there are no openers at all for this complex. The common area key you were provided is used at the top of the ramp to open the main garage door. You would just need to pull up the key slot and it can be opened right from the driver side of your vehicle. Our apologies if this wasn't explained properly at check-in. Location is right across the street from the main market which is great for groceries. Low key location within walking and bus distance to both mountains. The furnishings are a bit dated and slightly older but were OK. Living area really only has seating for 3 unless 3 will share the couch. Really nice to have bathrooms for both bedrooms and a powder room downstairs. Comes with parking! TV in master bed didn't work and master bath tub was completely clogged. Mgmt team got the tub working in one day but never the TV. Place was reasonably priced for a two bed given that we reserved it at the last minute at the start of the holiday season. If you don't want to pay a fortune this place is fine.

We had a great time in Whistler. The property was comfortable and check in/out very easy. A few things could be updated but overall we had a great stay. Thank you.
Nice condos close to village. Very practical location. Comfy beds. After hours check was very practical and the late night security that did the check in was super friendly and gave us lots of info. Look forward to coming back
We liked our unit a lot. It was nice and cosy for group of 4. 2 bedrooms on second floor, each with separate bathroom as well as full bathroom on the first floor for our guests was great. Kitchen had all needed equipment to make meals at home. Hot tub was a great place soak after a day on slopes.
Keep in mind that main floor is one flight of stairs up from the entry foyer.
Managment team was responsive and quickly reacted to all our inqueries.

Good experience with the condo unit itself —- clean, well appointed. No garage door opener provided thus it required getting out of the car every time we needed to enter garage in order to go through pedestrian door and open garage door from inside garage.
