Situated in a quiet, safe cul-de-sac, this spacious 3,000 sq. ft. residence features 4 beautifully appointed bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 6 adults and 2 children under 12. All bedrooms are located on the upper floor, ensuring privacy and comfort.

Step into the expansive family room with its soaring 18-foot ceilings and large windows that flood the space with natural light. You’ll love unwinding on the balcony, enjoying spectacular mountain views and watching golfers on the course right outside your master bedroom.

The backyard is a true highlight, offering a spacious barbecue area with breathtaking mountain vistas, perfect for hosting dinner parties or gatherings for up to 10 guests. And for the ultimate relaxation experience, our heated spa can accommodate up to 8 people, making it perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure.

For your convenience, the house is equipped with Level 1 and Level 2 EV chargers, and you’ll find ample parking available in the driveway and on nearby streets.

You’re just a short 4-minute drive to the closest grocery shopping center, with an array of diverse restaurants nearby for all your dining needs. Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Pls mark anything broken or dirty or anything you need to alert the host. Thanks
Leave the keys or garage door opener on the pingpong table inside the garage and close the garage door by putting the code the on the panel.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No loud music or parties after 10 pm.
No unauthorized people or pets stay overnight without host pre approvals.
