Sol Mar is a charming 3-bedroom villa located in the gated community of Silver Sands with a pool and deck overlooking the Caribbean Sea. Enjoy dining al fresco on the deck or under the gazebo.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, are air-conditioned and have ceiling fans. The Master suite has a mahogany four poster King-sized bed, double vanity and shower. Bedroom 2 has a Queen-sized bed and a shower. Bedroom 3 has 2 twins (equivalent to 1 King) and a bathtub. All bathrooms have hairdryers.

Living/Dining/Kitchen
Separate living and dining rooms decorated in tropical colours. Wireless internet, cable TV, DVD player, stereo/cd player, standing fans. Tropical breezes keep the villa quite cool.

Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, separate freezer, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender.

Full service staff with cook (Miriam) and housekeeper (Joy) who prepare all meals and maintain the villa so that you can enjoy your vacation. Guests provide their own food. We will shop for groceries and prepare a meal on the day of your arrival on request and at no extra cost.

Parking is available at the villa and public transportation is readily accessible. Weekly rentals include a free round-trip airport transfer up to 4 persons. Arrangements can be made for private bus service.

Truly A Vacation

Our family had the best time at Sol Mar. The ladies, Ava and Joy were wonderful! Our meals were delicious. Having the beach access was a plus. Will definitely consider visiting again!

Silver sands

Silver sands is one of the best locations in Jamaica for great beach. It is off the beaten path a bit but still has all the amenities.

Great Stay and highly recommended

The villa was lovely and the staff excellent. We were a group of 5 seniors in our late 70’s early 80’s. The villa was well equipped and the beds comfortable. Great location and a short walk to the beach.Only negative was the three loungers round the pool. Not enough for our group.

Heaven-ly!!!

I cant say enough about our recent stay at Sol Mar.....every day we awoke and enjoyed the beautiful view and loveliness of the home and pool area.....our helpers were the BEST and we were so sad to leave them....the best food ever, knowing Jamaican food they excelled!!!!! I would return in a heartbeat. xoxoxo

Excellent Location and community

We had a wonderful vacation and the staff Miriam and Joy really took good care of us. You can’t beat the value of the house and the amenities the community provides. Eventually the house will need some updating as most of the outlets are pretty worn out some light fixture ect are nearing the end but that’s small stuff and hardly a reason not to book this property

Nadisha and Joy were the perfect compliment to the trip. They helped made us feel at home and dare I say better because every meal was delicious prepared to our specifications. The house has been updated since the pictures. The only minor hiccup was the tv in the master was broken but who goes to Jamaica to watch tv?

Sol Mar Villa a great place to stay

We stayed at the Villa for five wonderful days. It was like my home away from home. To everyone that's looking for somewhere to stay, Sol Mar Villa is the place. The staff is wonderful and the ocean is beautiful. The pool is a great place to relax and have a glass of wine.

My Stay at Sol Mar was an Amazing Experience I enjoyed every second...The staff was Outstanding...The Cottage was Beautiful and very Clean... I Love the Colors inside the Cottage the View we had outside on the Deck was Breath Taking in the evening the Sunset was Beautiful We Had Two Cooks ..Marian and Joyce those Two Ladies are Super Cooks the Food they Prepared was Mouth watering everything was so Good Marian even called in a Massage Therapist for us we was Pampered Massage and Facial ,we had a Beautiful Lady by the Name Yanique she came to the Cottage and Did our Manicures and Pedicures I could go on but it would be a Mini Book I have shared my Vacation with all my Family and Friends ...LISA WE WILL BACK...

Amazing weekend.

Upon arrival we were greeted by 2 lovely ladies Miriam & Joy. They took our luggage and showed us to our rooms. We were then given a tour of the villa. Lunch was prepared for us while we lounged and the kids went swimming. The beds were nicely decorated with swans design using towels and petals. Beautiful. The first day was awesome. The ladies were at our beck n call. They made sure we were ok.the second day. We rose up to a fabulous breakfast served on the pool deck with the view of the Caribbean Sea. A family could not ask for more. The villa is beautiful, the lay out warm and friendly. Bright colors depicting the colors of the people and the island . The rooms are spacious and each has its own bathroom. There are 2 king bedrooms and 1 room with double beds. Just perfect for families and friends. We were very impressed and happy with our choice of villa. We left feeling happy that we chose sol mar and have started to make plans again for the next visit. Ladies thanks for a great weekend.

Slice of paradise!
