Watch out for up-charge. We got hit for extra 80 for an extra guest. I reserved for 3 but brought 4 (the place accommodates much more). We didn't ask for (or use) additional linens or towels. We didn't use the kitchen. We had only 1 car (no extra parking). This was just a petty money grab by the owner.

This house was good for our one night stop. The rooms were comfortable. Parking for one car worked good for us. It is attached to a main house but the connecting doors are blocked off.

We complained about the gas smell the morning of check out and the repsonse we got was we can smell it too (The rental was a quest house/garage condo below the property). There suggestion was to turn on the exhaust fan on the stove. My family and I left with a horrible headache due to the hours of inhaling these fumes. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I will be reporting it to VRBO to be removed it is not safe.

It is a scam. It is not as advertised. Living room made into the 3rd “bedroom”. You will be charged 80 per person after your first 2 people (including your children or any other family member or friend). No common area for your family or friends to hang out because you have a tiny kitchen (only common area in the house) and the living room has been converted into the 3rd “bedroom” in the listing. VBRO should take this place off the listing as it is not accurate to the description, and the place is uncomfortable in general.Even most the plug in outlets are inaccessible for you to use.No working TV or any other source of entertainment unless you brought it yourself or you go out. Outside the converted living room to bedroom is a swimming pool area that has been demolished, but not cleaned up, so it is very unsightly as well.I highly recommend you stay AWAY from this place.

From the beginning his word is nothing but a lie: we only charge $20 per extra guest per night after the first 3. It’s in black and white in policy. No need to read further. Liar’s words are not believable. Ps: You are mad because you broke one of our showroom doors, we are just too kind to let you go without any damage payment , cherish the host’s kindness let you stay in 110 degrees outside while you damaged their property.

Host experience was, amenities, bad odor, mice, and a leak in the living room ceiling on the first night. Host never refunded the amount that was promised for locking half of the house. I vacated due to the uncomfortable feeling there. VRBO was nice enough to refund the amount host never did. Thank you VRBO.

This house is not modern but is functional. Not a lot of frills but feels like good times at grandma's house. The property is in a great location close to the airport and the strip. I enjoyed my stay.

Good stay for the price

We were landing late in Las Vegas before heading to the Grand Canyon on a family trip. Great location and close to the airport. This was the perfect stay we needed for a quick night. Beds and place was clean overall; only part not clean was some hair in one of the bathrooms. But all in all we would stay there again

The house was terrible. The kitchen and bathroom looked gross and the house looked old. The worst part of all was that there was bugs on the beds, we all woke up with bug bites and rashes after our stay.

It's not a three bedroom. The door doesn't make it a bedroom, it needs a closet as well. The T.V. is going out, and there's no guide to see channels. The kitchen is stocked with pots and pans, but hardly any utensils. This wasn't an awful stay, but it wasn't great.

It is very weird that the rodent droppings only be observed when Larry’s claim arose . I went to the suite and found they moved the dinning table and other furnitures, must be trying to look for EVIDENCE. But, like I told them, the situation never happened and just because I have pest repellent devices in the suite, they claimed that there was rat issues and needed all their money back. I think why they are mad is because they didn’t follow the parking instructions, when one of their vans blocked my driveway and they didn’t respond my text inquiry then I had to call Larry to move the van, his son Mark(Mike?) had attitude when they came out. Then the next day, I received Larry’s texts to claim all the money back due to they observed some rodent droppings, and at that moment they already left before I could do anything. They called their finance institution and got the charge back.

House is old, run down with old, untidy bathrooms and untidy floors, kitchen with old rusted stove and oven, poor quality dishes and old smelling refrigerator.Owner charged extra on the top of upfront charges and house is not worth the cost that was charged. Would have stayed at 4-5 star hotel on strip for the costs charged. Total rip off.Please stay away from this property if looking for a clean stay

Needs a New TV but other than that! It's perfect.

It was a little bit more space than we needed but it was nice being able to have our own bath rooms. The local was good and the neighborhood was fairly quiet. Easy to get to everything we wanted to go within really reasonable times. If you like harder beds, these are perfect. I would prefer memory foam but that's just me! And it would of been nice to have a smart TV but other than that it was a good stay! Especially compared to other 2 bed+/2 baths! Also their are chickens in the back yard so they might be a bit loud but I had to problem where I was sleeping!

From the pictures of tbis place, I knew that it wasn't the best looking place but the price was ok and we didn't plan to spend a lot of time in the place as we were in Las Vegas for a conference. Well the days we were there was very windy and the plastic roofing on the porch was loose and flapping with wind causing loud noises that constantly woke us up at night. Then the towel I used to shower was almost torn in half, we had paper plate and plastic cups for our meals and then I was charged an extra $10 for supposedly a hand towel that was missing. I wish I had taken pictures because the towels weren't wortny of taking. I hope the property owner uses the $10 to buy a new towel to replace to old and torn ones we had to endure. I dont recommend this place.

I don’t blame you if you never live in desert you don’t know how strong the wind is, but please don’t lie about the balcony’s roofing, it’s steel not plastic. The one time plastic plates and cups are extras for some guests they don’t want washing dishes or like China ones. The real ones are in the cabinet, see photos posted as proof. We didn’t charged you for ruined towels which were very dirty with blood and something else, for the missing towel , my two janitors and I looked all over the property and we couldn’t find it.

This is not paradise

We tried to check in early but was unable to communicate with the property efficiently to organize it. There is no hot tub at this property. Regardless if the property owner changed the listing about it or not. It was listed as having a lot tub when I rented it but when I asked about it the owner just told me it was not listed as having one. I have a screenshot of the listing saying it did but it clearly didn't and I knew arguing about it wasn't going to change anything so I just dropped it. Also, don't look out the back door. It's not accessible to guests and it's absolutely trashed. A Vegas vacation should be fun. This is just staying in a shady place that far away from all the fun
