Perfect for retired couples who want to escape the extreme heat in the valley without traveling out of AZ. This is a safe and quiet community where most residents are retirees. Imaging sipping your morning coffee outside patio with a beautiful golf course view then enjoying a round of golf in one of the best courses in the area. If you want to meet other retirees in the area, simply take a five minutes walk to the club house where you can find fantastic foods and drinks. Downtown Prescott is only 20 minutes away. This is a perfect spot to spend summer in Arizona and a paradise for golfers. Owner will only consider a four months' lease term from June 1 through Sep 30.
