All of the family staying at West Valley Dream thought the place was wonderful! Goodies and surprises, comfort and an ‘at home’ feeling, made our stay very enjoyable. The hot tub was the perfect end of the day relaxing place !

We absolutely loved this house! Everything was exactly as described, and the entire house was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially enjoyed the games provided, which made it the perfect space to hang out with friends and enjoy a lovely weekend together. The location was also perfect, just a short distance from town. Cathy was a wonderful host and communicated all the information clearly to ensure we had a great stay. We would absolutely recommend this place and would love to stay here again!

This place was beautiful. There were enough beds for all to sleep comfortably. Host provided everything you could possibly need and more when staying away from home. The hot tub was what sold us on this place and it did not disappoint. The host was very responsive and genuine when communicating. We hope to visit again and stay here in the future.

Very clean property. Very well stocked kitchen. More than enough room in the bedrooms upstairs and downstairs. Hot tub was super easy to use to warm up. Very large backyard for a nice bonfire. Nice and quiet location about 15 mins from Ellicottville. Could not ask for a nicer place in that area!

The owners did a nice job modernizing their 1850s house, not too mention super clean. We especially appreciated very comfortable beds, a well-stocked coffee bar and kitchen, plus the hot tub. Cathy communicated well. Everything was just as noted. We didn't bring the dog this time, but everything was available had we done so. Couldn't think of a thing that would have made our stay better. Highly recommended!

We had the most amazing weekend!! This house was perfect for our group! We really enjoyed the coffee/hot chocolate bar. The hot tub was excellent after a long day skiing. We really enjoyed the fairy garden even in the snow! The host were very prompt and extremely helpful! Also the most comfortable beds that we have stayed in a VRBO home.

The host was kind and very thorough in explaining everything. The coffee bar was a nice touch. Very nice, cozy home and property on quiet street. We brought 2 dogs and they loved hanging out in back room. Hot tub was enjoyable. Great experience for our family of 7 w 2 dogs.

Comfy home in a quiet area

We had a great time staying there. The back porch was perfect for family meals, and our son would swing for hours if we'd let him.The host went above and beyond accommodating a family with infants, toddlers, and pets!The house is well prepared for a family vacation.

Great place for ski holiday

Family of 6 (parents with 4 adult kids) had lots of room inside The Farm house, which is nicely appointed with many nice amenities (tv’s,Xbox,coffee bar) …and really enjoyed hot tub after day of skiing!. Cathy (host) is very attentive and ensured are stay was enjoyable.

Great ski weekend at West Valley Dream!

We had a wonderful long weekend at West Valley Dream! The house was clean and beautifully decorated! Kitchen was also stocked with everything we needed! Plenty of room to accommodate larger families! Nice and quick scenic drive to Holiday Valley! We would definitely stay here again!
