Beautiful 3/2 home located in Lakeland, Florida. The home is located in a peaceful & family friendly neighborhood, only 10 minutes from the mall/cinema/restaurants & only 15 minutes from Downtown Lakeland, and Tigertown stadium.

Very close to I4/Parkway for quick access to nearby Tampa, Beach, Orlando, and Disney. The Lakeland Airport is also minutes away making this a perfect spot for Sun & Fun, and snow birds to enjoy.

We really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful home, great backyard for our dog and a wonderful neighborhood to walk our dog in. Great location for the things we wanted to do. We were very pleased with everything. Will certainly consider this home again. ā£ļø

A Wonderful Experience

My husband and I have just returned from a one-month stay at this lovely private home in a quiet residential area of Lakeland Florida. The property was exactly as pictured and had everything that we could possibly need during our visit. The owner was extremely pleasant and helpful whenever we needed something or required qhelp with anything. We felt very at home in this beautifully decorated home, as did our golden retriever dog who enjoyed the fully fenced in backyard, and his visits with a neighbouring pup at the corner of the yard. As we are an older couple it was perfect for us and hopefully if our health cooperates we will be able to return.

Location: ā˜…ā˜…ā˜…ā˜…ā˜† The location of the rental was fantastic, providing easy access to local attractions and amenities. Cleanliness: ā˜…ā˜†ā˜†ā˜†ā˜† Unfortunately, the house was not clean upon arrival. The second bedroom bed was covered in pet fur and had a very strong bleach smell, making it uncomfortable to sleep in. The master bedroom light was not working, and the toilet overflowed during our stay. Check-In/Check-Out Experience: ā˜…ā˜†ā˜†ā˜†ā˜† Check-in was stressful as the cleaning person left right when we arrived at the check-in time, leaving us uncertain about the readiness of the house. The check-out instructions were overly detailed with numerous cleaning tasks for guests, which felt excessive given the state we found the house in. Overall Experience: ā˜…ā˜†ā˜†ā˜†ā˜† Due to the cleanliness issues, maintenance problems, and the demanding check-out instructions, I would not recommend this rental.
