The location in proximity to family we were visiting could not have worked out better! Not going to pretend like we were not a bit apprehensive when we first pulled up because we were expecting the front door that is in the online property view. The entrance is actually around back which looks somewhat sketchy. Thankfully, fears were quickly allayed when we entered. It is a very cute spot in a quiet neighborhood. I really enjoyed the coffee station as I truly can't start my day without a few cups. The only things that need some attention are making sure there are working motion lights or at least a porch light around back so when you return at night you aren't fumbling around in the dark. The other item is the bathroom, or more specifically the shower. The tiling is updated and nice, but the tub needs to be replaced and the plumbing was seriously struggling. It was hard to get a balance of the hot and cold so you weren't adjusting throughout your shower to maintain a comfortable water temperature, and the faucet ran consistently. We could not get it to shut off. All in all, those were pretty small items and we really enjoyed our stay. Location and price would have made it hard to beat for what we needed on this trip.
