We’re glad the property matched the listing and that you would consider returning, Fred. It’s unfortunate the stay didn’t earn five stars, and we’d appreciate any additional feedback on how we could improve the experience.

Perfect Family Trip

We recent rented multiple condos from Vibe and had a great stay. The accommodations were spacious and clean. The location was ideal given it is walking distance to many restaurants and bars plus a very quick drive to Wegmans. In addition, being able to use the hotel amenities was great for our group which enjoyed the pool, gym, restaurant and dock area. We will definitely be booking another stay.

Wonderful luxury condo in the perfect location for fun and adventure!

This condo is set up for entertaining and quiet nighttime sleep. It has a large shower and balcony to view people on kayaks, paddle boards, walking on trails and fishing spots.

First rate accomodations

Well stocked and spacious accommodations. Kitchen had everything one needs for cooking. Decor is well thought out and comfortable. Pool and gym access certainly a plus. We had a very comfortable but brief stay.

Too bad the weather wasn’t better!

The property is in outstanding condition and we truly enjoyed staying there for the few days we were up there. The only thing that we were not a fan of was the trash chute being on the fourth floor. For a family of four and one toddler, there’s plenty of room for the stay. We would for sure go back.

The only issue we have is where to bring the garbage, we had to take it home with us as the directions are not clear where to bring it, other than that it is very nice

Thank you for your feedback! We're so glad to hear you enjoyed the property and had an overall positive stay. We're sorry to hear there was confusion regarding the garbage disposal instructions. The instructions are posted in the condo. Had you reached out during your stay, we would have been more than happy to direct you to the appropriate disposal location and ensure the issue was resolved right away. It is unfortunate to receive a 4-star review for something we could have easily helped with had we been given the opportunity. We always encourage guests to contact us during their stay so we can address any questions or concerns as they arise and help ensure a 5-star experience. Thank you again for staying with us, and we hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future.

Great location . Very well kept. But …had no response when there was an issue with the coffee maker. Could also use the manual to the washer/dryer combo that we hated. The water view I assumed was of the lake but it was the back side of the lagoon- river and parking lot. We would stay again but would like to look at the lake .

Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad you enjoyed the location and found the property well-kept. We apologize for the lack of response regarding the coffee maker and understand how frustrating that must have been. We also appreciate your note about the washer/dryer manual—we’ll work on providing clearer instructions for future guests. Regarding the view, the images in the listing show the lakeside side of the property, with one image specifically highlighting the balcony view. We’re sorry for any confusion and understand your preference for a direct lake view. We’d be happy to host you again and can help you with a unit with a true lakefront view for your next stay.

After we called the property manager we better understood where the property was located. The initial information was inaccurate as to the location address. Everything else was great!
