I am a retired technical person from purchase and procurement field involved mainly items meant for exports. My spouse is a homemaker and we both hail from Rajasthan. We have been in to homestay / bnb accommodation since 2010 and have hosted females and couples from several countries. I have travelled extensively and therefore aware of hardship first timers have to go through in a new city/place.

Why they chose this property

1) We are in the centre of Mumbai and just 1.5 Kms from TII CSIA (Mumbai Airport). 2)The apartment that we own is in a safe, slum free and well developed locality of JB Nagar in Andheri-E.
3) Most desired and necessary local conveniences are within walking distance of 2-10 minutes.
4) Bombay is as such safe for travellers but still the location provides safety that one seeks as most flights land during early morning hrs.
5) Easily accessible and a well known land mark know to Taxis, Rickshaws drivers etc.
6) Guest can ask for meeting at airport for a pick up at extra charges.
