Located oceanfront in North Topsail Beach, enjoy the ocean views (which could include dolphins, pelicans, shrimp boats, etc.), a stroll on the beach or just relaxing on the private balcony. The luxurious living space has an oversized sofa perfect for relaxing and watching a movie or taking a nap. This newly renovated condo with the sole purpose of making the most comfortable space possible. Guests have exclusive access to this luxury condo and access to the community tennis/basketball courts, grilling and picnic tables and coin/card operated laundry rooms.

The tides come right up to the buildings at high tide you may need to walk down a few buildings to gain access but you won`t get any closer to the ocean than this. At times of extreme high tide you may have to go to a beach access to gain access to the beach.
Guests are welcome to use the on site parking, multipurpose court, laundry rooms and grilling areas.

Pack n Play is available upon request.
Beach equipment provided is Beach chairs, Beach umbrella and beach towels.

Ocean front-not beach front...

While the condo itself was great.... I was not expecting that there would be no actual beach for us to use. The property was advertised as ocean front. While this is true, there is not a usable area of beach due to beach erosion. I specifically picked an ocean front condo to make it easy to get down to the beach from our room. While this condo is ocean front, the beach is barely there. During high tide, there is no beach and the stairs literally go right into the ocean. During periods of low tide, there is a little beach but not much. We ended up finding a beach access nearby which was wonderful. However, the goal of renting this condo was to not have to drive, park and walk to the beach. The pictures and descriptions were very misleading. I would recommend if you want nice views of the water but not if you are looking for a place to walk down to the beach and hang out all day.
