1329 Square Feet single family home is a 3 beds, 2 baths property. It has a large and spacious Den great for the family to hangout. There is a bar in the Den area with a Shuffle Board and lots of toys for kids. The house is cooled by Fans and portable coolers.
Guest access
Guest have access to the full house and backyard.
Other things to note
There are strict quiet hours between 10 PM to 6 AM. Absolutely no parties are allowed.  Please respect the neighbors as it is a residential area. Neighbors are very quiet and respectful.  There will be no tolerance of parties, or being loud during quiet hours.
