Nice and comfort 3/2 house 10 minutes to Disneyland or Knotts

Located in a very quite neighborhood. Only ten minutes away from Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm and The Rinks Anaheim Ice.

There are three bedrooms with one common space for sleeping.

One bedroom with Queen size bed and a baby crib, one bedroom with California King size bed and a toddler bed. There are two full size beds in the last bedroom, one of them is a full/twin trundle bed. There is a convertible sofa bed in the family room.

Tile and wood flooring are through the whole house. There are two driveways of this house. You can easily park 4-5 cars.

Great location for our Disney vacation

Great location and space for our family for the week we were in town for our disney vacation. Kitchen was sufficient and plenty of space for all 5 of us.

Honestly, the house is beautiful! But it was very uncomfortable for my family we were in the backyard of the house eating enjoying we didn't have music just talking it wasn't even 9:00 pm when I received a message from the owner of the house that the neighbors had complained about the loud voices! I wouldn't stay again

Quaint with no perks

I gave the check in process a 3 star because I was given the wrong code to the door and had to deal with that stress. Luckily the property manager was quick to respond and give me the correct code.The house is quaint, in a fairly quiet neighborhood but no perks. If you stay here, know the house is quite small, the second bathroom is very tiny, and you should bring your VRBO go back that includes basic necessities (cleaning products, basic kitchen items, etc.). The location is good if you are there for a Disney/Knott's vacation.

Great stay, recommend to all

Home was as advertised. Our family of 7 enjoyed staying here and the proximity to Disneyland. Home could have used a nice deep clean but was not a dealbreaker. We initially had an issue with the AC not cooling but messaged the property manager and the issue was resolved by the time our family got home from dinner. Would highly recommend and would book again

The nicest place I have to call home.

As soon as I walk in I saw a home and was very pleased because they had things we forgot. We left a few non perishable items and hope they will help someone else. I tired my sister and her kids out with disneyland. I really you as owner this vacation was incredible and thankyou. We have already thinking about another vacation next summer. I will let you know and thanks again.

Great house but needs deep clean

The house itself is great - spacious and centrally located to hit a lot of the local attractions that bring people to the area. The house needs a deep cleaning to make for a comfortable stay. When we arrived, our feet (we don’t wear shoes in the house) turned black within 10 minutes. I asked the owner about the cleanliness and the floors. The owner immediately responded and had cleaners come out as soon as possible to clean the floors. I greatly appreciated the quick response and jumping to action (hence the 5-star rating on responsiveness). However, even after the cleaning, the floors were still dirty and left stains on the bottom of our socks. I think the house needs a deep cleaning to help guests feel like they’re walking into a clean and comfortable environment. All other aspects of the house were okay.

Great Disney Trip Location

The house was very nice and clean, but a little older so there were some things that could not be cleaned. The location was perfect to go to Disneyland for our family vacation.

Spacious house

Our stay was as expected. The house was roomy with a nice size backyard with grass. There was a conveniently located laundry room in the back as well. Many stores nearby. Would love to come back with my family. Tjank you

Hmmm...

The location was great, there was never a need for me to contact the owner, the amount of space was perfect for us and check in was easy. As a few others have mentioned it could use a deep clean. It appeared that someone just cleaned after we arrived due to soapy water in the driveway, but some areas needed more attention. The water lines are backwards in some of the bathrooms and kitchen, this could be a safety hazard if a child is wanting to shower. Some of the blankets had a strong chemical smell, and some of the rooms were moldy and dingy.

Sheets on bed in room with crib were dirty. Disney blanket in closet smelled really bad. Small bathroom floor was dirty, called owner to ask a question but never got a call back.

The property was as listed. Lin was Super Nice and fast to communicate with me. The backyard was great for our dogs. Really secure and clean backyard for our pets. Would stay again when we are back in town if it is available.

Although we were allowed to check in early, which we were grateful for, the house was dirty and the AC didn’t function properly and then the property owner tried to charge us extra saying one of the comforters was torn up, which was FALSE!!!

Great location but needs cleaning

The proximity to Disneyland and my relatives was perfect. The house was spacious in a quiet neighborhood. It could use some updates to its ventilation system. Vents and fans were very dusty. The house could use a deep clean. Backyard was full of dead leaves on the ground. I thought it lacked some kitchen and cleaning necessities.m. Overall we had a great time and enjoyed our stay.
