This stunning 4 bedroom modern Mill Valley farmhouse blends traditional design with modern architecture. A livable home with plenty of communal shared living spaces. The kitchen and great room open to the outdoor patio and yard. The climate in Northern California is ideal to enjoy the home's indoor/outdoor living. Enjoy the outdoor woodburning fireplace and large dining table, bocce ball court, and charcoal grill. The home also includes a projector and movie screen for cozy nights at home.

Nestled in the foothills of Mt. Tamalpais, surrounded by Redwoods, and next to Richardson Bay, Mill Valley offers a distinct feeling of connectedness to nature. Downtown Mill Valley is a short drive (3 minutes) or stroll (15 minutes) from the home. With a number of cafes, restaurants, shops, and art galleries.

Mill Valley is also the epicenter of some of Marin’s most iconic events, including the Dipsea Race, the Mountain Play, Winterfest, and the Mill Valley Film Festival. There are an abundance of hiking trails in, and near, Mill Valley. Our home is a short walk to the Dipsea trailhead.

The best way to get around is by car. There is much to see and explore in Marin County and San Francisco. Most points of interest are 15-30 minutes from the home.
