Guests call this one of the most beautiful stays they have booked: peaceful, private, and close enough to Sedona for day trips without the crowds.
Pitchner Place is a modern 2-bedroom guest house on Oak Creek. You get AC, a stocked kitchen, a private creek trail, and a cedar hot tub you can reach from the master bath. Wade the creek midday, watch the stars at night, fire pit after sunset.
"The setting is peaceful and feels almost magical, yet it's just a short drive to Sedona." - Ann, May 2026
David and Nadine are available by text before and during your stay. Ask about creek conditions, winery patios, hikes, or anything you need for your trip.
They are not on site, but guests often praise quick replies, clear check-in details, and hosts who make the stay feel easy from booking to checkout.
"I LOVED it here. Hosts were extremely responsive and accommodating. 10/10 recommend!" - Kaci, February 2026
Cornville sits in Arizona wine country, about 25 minutes from Sedona and away from the busiest tourist traffic.
Page Springs Cellars is about 10 minutes away. DA Ranch and several other tasting rooms are close. The Verde Valley wine trail puts more than 20 wineries within a 15-minute drive.
Guests love it as a wine weekend base: peaceful and private at the house, with Cottonwood, Jerome, and Sedona all within easy reach.
Old Town Cottonwood is 15 minutes for restaurants and shopping. Jerome is about 25 minutes up the hill. Slide Rock State Park is about 40 minutes for creek swimming in season.
You have full use of Pitchner Place and its outdoor areas.
That includes the cedar hot tub with direct access from the master bath, your private deck, fire pit, and the trail down to Oak Creek. Hammocks under old cottonwood trees give you shade on hot afternoons.
The unit is separate from Tu'nlii House, our main home on the same property. You have your own entrance, parking, hot tub, fire pit, and outdoor space.
Level 2 EV/Tesla charging is available on site.
Guests rave about three things: the spa-like master bath and hot tub, the creek right on the property, and how spotless and well cared for the home feels.
Floor-to-ceiling windows look over the pasture toward Oak Creek. The kitchen is stocked for real meals: cookware, seasonings, Nespresso. Step from the master shower into the cedar hot tub without going outside first.
Follow the private trail to Oak Creek for summer wading. Hammocks, a picnic area, and the fire pit give you shade and evening hangouts. Patio stargazing is a favorite after hot tub soaks.
"The hot tub off the master bath was perfect." - Mike, March 2026

A summer rhythm that works well: Sedona hikes early morning, creek or hammock time midday, winery stop late afternoon, hot tub and stargazing after dark.
Pitchner Place shares the property with Tu'nlii House, but the layout gives each unit its own entrance and outdoor areas. You will not share a deck, hot tub, or fire pit with other guests.
Summer days are cooler than Phoenix. Evenings usually cool into the 60s, which makes the hot tub and fire pit easy to enjoy after sunset.
