Perfect property and location to accommodate 5 couples for the weekend. This modern, chic, and well maintained 3-story property offered everything we needed plus some. The modern/contemporary style was so warm and inviting, providing the open space we needed w/out feeling cramped. Each room was fully equipped, including washer and dryer facilities. There’s also an ice maker in the drawer across from the sink. Heated pool and hot tub were a plus ($50 extra per day). The host was prompt and kept in contact as needed. Nearby restaurants, bars, shopping, the beach!! You will not go wrong with this spot!! Our new go-to spot in Hollywood, FL!!

Nice house

The house has more to offer than the Vrbo description. The house was clean well by cleaning company with sheets and towels all fresh. There were some beach towels to use. A closet full of games. The pool table sags in the middle though, so the pool games were not the best. We heated the pool, and it took a while to heat up but after the first day, it got up, super warm so I would rate the pool heater five out of five which was super helpful in January. The house is within a five minute drive of the Hollywood beach Boardwalk, which was nice for early morning runs and breakfast. The upstairs balcony was super nice, and the foosball table was great. All bathrooms were cleaned well. There was a loose toilet seat in one of the downstairs bathrooms but everything worked fine. The freezer in the main kitchen did not work well, but there was a freezer in the laundry room, which was right off the kitchen that did work. Also, there is an icemaker machine on the counter next to the microwave that was super helpful and made ice super quick, but we didn’t discover that until the last day. Plenty of dishes and cups for us to use. Took a long time to find the big silverware drawer, it’s under the microwave. The backyard is super private, which was nice to enjoy with the pool. The neighborhood was really quiet. We thoroughly enjoyed the house and would book again.
