A week in Clayton.
This home is wonderful. The bedrooms are spacious and very comfortable. My daughters were fighting over who was going to sleep in the "secret nook" on the top floor. Both bathrooms were large and well equipped. The kitchen / living room area was huge and made for a perfect area to congregate with family. Both upper and lower front decks were great for cocktails and morning coffee. The covered carport is equipped with comfy chairs and an outdoor television. The fire pit area was lovely in the evening.
The kitchen is well equipped and includes a huge center Island and very nice dining table where we hosted dinner several evenings.
The property is centrally located to everything that you would like to see or do. It is a 5-minute drive to the village where we had lunch five out of 7 days. Never a bad meal. We took a Cruise out of Clayton River tours, a 3 minute drive down the road and even drove across to see some sites in Canada, a 15 minute drive. This was an absolutely wonderful stay and we plan on returning again next year and hopefully staying at this property.
