One Cozy BR and a separate Large BR that opens onto a Deck with Mountain views
This is one out of three rentable units under the same roof. You'll need to climb a flight of stairs to access it. The Heart and Wings Retreat Center offers easy access to downtown Silver City and the Gila forest. This serene getaway is five minutes from the highway and ten minutes from the center of town. You can hike or bike straight out of the house, or drive ten minutes to the Continental Divide Trail.
You'll have the second floor of the house to yourself.
Kitchenette has Mexican plates. Bathroom has Mexican tiles and sink. Each room has views of the surrounding hills. Each bedroom has a twin bed and an oriental rug. The large bedroom has a desk and comfortable sitting area with a chaise and a large overstuffed chair. It opens onto a deck. The small bedroom has ample shelf space and a Mexican-tiled bedside table.

I'm a total introvert, but I love getting to know people and doing what I can for them.
I grew up in Chicago and started my professional life in big cities. Then I moved to Maine and fell in love with a simpler country life.
The western sun beckoned and I moved to Silver City. This town has the perfect combination of nature and community.
My work integrates music and healing. I am a performing songwriter who is currently driven to compose music to serve causes and uplift the spirit. I've released four CDs.
I'm an interfaith minister and have married people on this property. My healing work includes shamanism, astrology, yoga and a technique I designed called Heart Lightning Transformational Coaching that quickly removes mental and emotional blocks in as little as one session.
I am fortunate to share my home with a couple of shelter dogs who adopted me.
