Bright Waters is a picturesque and casually elegant villa located on the cool windward side of the island of Sint Maarten. With incredible views to the ocean and St Barths, Bright Waters is set on a property of mature landscaping and beautiful palm trees.
Bright Waters was renovated during the Summer of 2023 and its Boho Chic interior features 2 King Bedroom Suites with individual bathrooms. An incredible cook’s kitchen is found in the great room along with 2 dining areas: one inside that seats 10 and another outdoors that seats 8. When you are done with a gorgeous day at the beach or swimming and sunning yourself at the refurbished pool and terrace, you will find a cozy media area for watching your favorite movie with fully functioning Wi-Fi and free streaming services.
Located in the prestigious guard gated neighborhood of Tamarind Hills Estates, Bright Waters is a safe, secure, and stunning home. Bright Waters is perfect for taking some time out with family and friends or for a couple’s retreat to recharge and pamper yourself. Enjoy!

The Villa is located about 25 minutes away from the airport, 10 minutes from Philipsburg, 15-20 minutes from Grand Case, Orient Bay Beach and Marigot, and about 25 minutes from Simpsonbay for nightlife and casino's.
