Excellent studio in St. John

The property was super-clean, well-equiped and had all necessary eating utensils and cookware. It is located near the top of a hill on the outskirts of Cruz Bay, best reached by taxi or rental car. Guests can walk down to the main road and take a safari taxi to go to downtown Cruz Bay, and take another safari taxi to go to the beautiful north-coast beaches. The property is well-recommended to all potential guests.

Tropical surroundings

It was a great unit, we enjoyed the beauty of the area. Kitchen was well stocked. Parking-no problem. A little steep road but doable. Close to grocery. Owner/manager responded quickly. Thank you for hosting us.

Amenities were not in good condition. Bathroom sink faucet handle broken, face plate tiles at bottom of vanity off and laying on floor, glass dining table top sat on an angle, not level, big 5 gallon pail of spackling with tape and stir stick sitting inside front door and stove top burners not lighting for cooking. Tool pics and addressed issues except bucket of spackling and stove burners. No one ever came to fix. Only used the burner once by lighting with a lighter to make eggs 1 day. Noise from people walking above us every morning at 6am was unbearable. The room itself, the parking, and the pool was really nice. Great beach chairs, swim floats and cooler for use. Manager Matt really nice too. Location was also great.

Has potential

We had a difficult time finding the property at 1st. We never would've found it if the property manager hadn't answered her phone. She walked us through the directions, though,.which saved the day. Once we arrived, we had some difficulty with the ke pad to open the door, but we figured it out eventually. The place was clean and cute, but it reeked of mold. Strongly. The pool was small but nicely done. The locations was on the edge of town, so just a short drive. I would only stay there again if they got the mold issue resolved.
