The host was accommodating for our group and everything was great. The kids enjoyed the game room and there were a few different common areas for hanging out, which was nice. It was just what we needed and we enjoyed our time there.We did have to buy laundry and dishwasher detergent, but that wasn’t a big deal.If we ever go back to Huntsville, I’d stay here again

Great place for a family

This property is roomy, with lots of places for a family or larger group to spread out. It was very clean, and the host was excellent and very communicative. Would definitely stay there again. Our kids had a great time with the game room, it really kept them occupied!

I was surely hoping to give a positive review. With great dismay I am very disappointed. From food left in our beds, urine in the beds that had new bedding on them and the number of people that stayed in our home is shameful. After receiving a message that some chess pieces were missing now on top of that we are missing 4 pool table balls. I will never understand how he sent messages about the few pots that we have but didn’t notify me that they had urinated in our beds and taken food in areas I asked them not to. I will never host them again.

The location was central to all events for my mother’s 83rd birthday. The kids and adults truly enjoyed the game room. The bedroom was very spacious with lots of closet space.

There was alot of rooms and space so we could all be comfortable. Location was not what I was expecting. My son told me to make sure I locked my car.

WOW, this has to be about something other than the neighborhood. Maybe the neighbors? Our place is one of the safest places to stay at and great for entertainment. Sorry you didn’t feel safe but the cameras were watching and you were safe and protected at all times.

Themed decor

House is large two story. Back yard is fairly small. Our family enjoyed the game room. We were unable to find any provided shampoo or conditioner. The dishwasher had a leak. Themed bedroom was not our style.

Thank you for booking with Triple Grace Ptoberties and sharing your feedback. I’m genuinely sorry to hear that the dishwasher was leaking after you checked out. It is fairly new with a warranty and is now fixed. Also, we no longer supply shampoo, conditioner or any other personals. Allegedly, on two separate occasions guests said they had an allergic reaction to the washing detergent and the shampoo. For that reason alone our locations will never supply personals again. I am very surprised by your opinion of the theme room. Most guests rave about it and emphasize how much they love it. Sorry this 2 night stay didn’t meet your standards, and I wish you all the best in your future travels.

Out of towners

So much better than a hotel room! We stayed here with family and friends for a local taekwondo tournament. We flew in from out of town and after a long day of traveling, it was nice to walk into a clean, comfortable house that had plenty of space and plenty of rooms for everybody. The game room was exceptional! Lots of games and laughter around the kitchen table. Really appreciate the hosts and their quick replies to any questions that we had. Would definitely stay here again.

Large home

The house is a nice size with plenty of room to spread out. We enjoyed the game room. The weather was nice so we sat outside some, The neighborhood is very quiet One drawback was the lack of drinking glasses. There were 5 of us and 4 tea glasses. Also, 3 of us drink wine and there are no wine glasses. Owner was great to communicate with.

The last guest through an unauthorized party and broke them and we are still finding glass pieces every time we sweep. If I had known though I would have bought some just for your group. The host was very friendly. We asked if an early check in would be possible but communicated understanding of that was not possible. We were told we could check in early. Some issues we had…dishes in cabinets were dirty both coffee pot and kureig had mold in them. There was no detergent for dishwasher even though running it was part of checkout. TV in living room did not work. No full length hanging space. The over all house was needed cleaning. We were told the mold was missed because we asked for early check in. We changed sheets (to our personal sheets) in one room and almost left based on bugs-dead, hair, and dirt on dust ruffle under mattress. This was our daughter’s wedding weekend and none of us live in the area so finding a place for 11 was nice and we made it work but this was definitely not the place we expected.

Oh my God! We have NEVER had a review of such and I was only saying that I was rushing and I didn’t have help. Had you told me all this while you were there I would have PERSONALLY found you a place to stay and paid for it. You had my personal number and called me when you needed it to benefit you but THANK YOU for showing me that my kindness meant nothing. Early check in is $300 and I waved that because of the wedding. WOW. SO DISAPPOINTED and in DISBELIEF.
