Maison du Sud is luxury house that will offer you high level of comfort and privacy. We are located in one of the safest neighborhoods of Wellington. Beautiful heated 40' salt-water pool 9 (no extra charge), gazebo with lounge area, pergola for pool-side dining, Napoleon barbecue, lush tropical garden with lighting and sunsets over the canal will make your vacation absolutely unforgettable. All 3 bedrooms are equipped with 50' TVs. 2 bedrooms have king size beds, 1 - queen size. All bedrooms have spacious closets equipped with personal digital safes (2 out of 3 closets are walk-in). Master bedroom also has outside bath for two and a shower in little private garden. All bathrooms are redone in 2014 and beautifully decorated. Living room with cathedral ceiling and wooden ceiling beams will offer you 60' TV and spacious sitting area. Inside dining under the candles of an iron chandelier with sunset view will definitely bring you a romantic mood. For those who want more privacy and silence there is fireplace room under the wooden ceiling. Kitchen is equipped with, blender, food processor, slow juicer, microwave, dishwasher, stove with glass cook top, fridge with ice generator, coffee maker, french coffee press, full set of nice dishes, tableware and glasses. There is also big pantry with new front load washer and dryer. Everything is ready for your stay!

We loved Maison Du Sud! The property was well furnished with all amenities including every kitchen appliance and accessory. The beds were super comfortable. The TV had a great cable package (no Roku nonsense). WiFi was solid. The host was responded within minutes with a resolution. The key to our great stay was THE OASIS in the backyard. We absolutely loved. If we need a place in the area again, we definitely will be calling Gary and Natalia

Spectacular home

The home is beautiful, well appointed and beautifully decorated. The outdoor living space and pool are gorgeous. You will have everything you need for your vacation. The home is also close to restaurants, grocery stores, and golf.

Great tropical getaway!

Home is just as advertised. Beautifully decorated. Backyard pool, gazebo and landscaping are very relaxing. Only negative is distance from ocean. But you almost don't miss it. Host was very responsive.

We had an amazing time here. The pool and back yard are stunning. The house is well maintained. The owner Gary was so responsive and helpful. The beds and pillows were so comfortable. Plenty of draw space and closet space. Closets had more than enough hangers. We absolutely loved our stay here.

Spectacular

Everything was beautiful and so peaceful. The pool area and landscaping around the pool was a paradise. The Manager, Karen and her husband, Carl were delightful people. They were very responsive whenever we had an issue or a question. We would highly recommend this vacation home to anyone looking for a relaxing and serene place to stay. A mother’s paradise!

One to describe this property is WOW! My family and stayed here on our annual family vacay and it was amazing. It’s better than pictures, clean, with amenities everyone enjoyed. Our favorite was the outdoor cabana and private pool of course! We sat out and ate breakfast and dinner during our stay. I’ll definitely be returning with friends.

Great Experience

Our stay was a great experience. We had a few moments where we required assistance and Gary was very attentive and made sure everything was in order. The pool deck offered a lot of different spaces to lounge and enjoy the company of everyone. The home has a lot of space for spreading out and the bedrooms are comfortable and cozy. Highly recommend! :)

Paradise Home away from Home

Everything you want in a vacation without the noise. Imagine yourself on vacation getting the sun lying beside the pool beautiful tropical bushes and flowers around. This is what you get when you stay here. I couldn’t of asked for a more peaceful and beautiful home. Not only was it exactly as described but close to everything. Perfect Private Getaway

Absolutely lovely home with beautiful pool and cabana. My husband and I were looking for a relaxing place to spend the holiday weekend and were so excited find this gem. Very private and close to stores, etc. Adorable park in the neighborhood too. We actually found ourselves ordering in each night because we didn't want to leave. Maintenance checked in with us as soon as we arrived to make sure we had everything that we needed. The bottle of champagne in the fridge was a very nice touch. We will definitely be back!

A little piece of paradise !

This home is absolutely amazing and the backyard is truly an oasis... the pictures don't quite do the property justice. The owners, Gary and Natalia, were very responsive to all our questions before and during our stay (Gary even called me from overseas to check on us one day) and the property manager, Janet, was fantastic. We stayed in the home for 3 weeks while attending WEF and it was so convenient to the horse park, restaurants, shopping, really just everything that we needed. The home was well appointed, clean and exactly as pictured. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property.

Beautiful and peaceful

The online photos cannot adequately convey the peace and beauty of this property. We came to Florida to relax and enjoy the weather. The pool, patio and yard truly look like something out of Architectural Digest and were an ideal, quiet haven. The bedrooms are large and carefully appointed with very comfortable mattresses, beautiful linens, and (my pet peeve) a range of wonderful pillows. The bathrooms are exceptional. The kitchen was outfitted with everything we needed to enjoy cooking many of our meals (we love to cook). The house is in a perfect location - close to an astonishing range of shopping, plus parks and beaches. The owner was responsive and helpful. I would recommend this rental without hesitation.

This home was amazing! Not only was the place beautiful and spacious, the neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe! The owners, Gary and Natalia, have done an amazing job in having everything you could need from top-of-the-line appliances, huge walk-in showers, an outdoor shower, a beautiful pool, gorgeous outdoor spaces and furniture, and a very lovely kitchen and living room. We used the kitchen for dinner a couple nights and everything was user friendly. There was not a single utensil, pan, plate, bowl that wasn’t available. We were there about a week and we’re still discovering fun things about the place towards the end of our stay. Every room is perfectly decorated with such attention to detail. The owners were attentive and have a very detailed book with all the information you may need. The WiFi was very good, TVs were easy to use. Lots of fun animals like birds and iguanas throughout the neighborhood. There are grocery stores, restaurants, gas stations, parks, etc accessible without going out to the interstate but if you need to access the interstate or turnpike it’s fairly simple by GPS! I will definitely stay here in the future!

Lovely getaway oasis

We had a fabulous Memorial Day weekend getaway. The property is exactly as described, clean and well-appointed. We especially liked the pool and gazebo area. Wellington peace

This property is tastefully decorated and very comfortable. With five adults staying at the home, we all still had our privacy with our own bedrooms and bathrooms. No need for sharing! The pool and patio area are second to none. The beautiful landscaping provided privacy, the covered seating area was perfect for visiting, and who doesn’t love a heated pool?! It was truly an oasis and we look forward to returning again.

Visit famous Sunday brunch in The Breakers, stop for dinner in City Place, have a couple of drinks in the bars on Clematis, shop on Worth Avenue or in Palm Beach Outlets, have a scenic drive along the mansions on Palm Beach Island, stop in Charlie's Crab for the oysters... You will enjoy your every single moment!

What makes this property unique

We love South and we love Florida. And we love quality and comfort. And we decided to make a dream house in the South. And here it is - Maison du Sud - the result of 6 months of total renovation and 250 000 USD invested. New 38' heated salt-water pool with travertine deck and beautiful sun beds surrounded by lush tropical garden lightened at night, gazebo lounge, pool-side dining under pergola covered with bougainvilleas. Our house represents the ideal Florida home that offers you warmth and comfort with its Mexican tiles, iron gates, barrel roof, ceiling beams, gorgeous design and top amenities. We did our best to make our house one of a kind with open-air Jacuzzi bath for two and outside shower in little secluded garden.
