Welcome to "The Wheat House on Main". Built in the early 1800's, located in the Historic District of Geneva, just steps from Hobart and William Smith College and the beginning of the Seneca Lake Wine Trail. *Pet Friendly $40 per night, per pet.
Rear apartment, separate entrance; 1 Large King Suite; 1 Queen Bedroom. Sleeps 3-4 comfortably. 1 bathroom, newly renovated kitchen with fridge, microwave, coffee maker. Window AC units for use during summer months.
Walking distance of HWS campus, boat house, downtown Geneva restaurants, coffee and ice cream shop, bike rentals, Geneva History Museum (3 houses away), and Seneca Lake Park, walking distance to water/beach access.
*Please note there is noise from the traffic throughout the day/night. There is a box fan available to use. This is a multi unit property on college campus, it not a single family home experience, it is more of a small city hotel experience.
