Country cabin 2. Minutes from Mountain Ridge ATV Park and Flight 93 Memorial.

Welcome to The Ash! Just completed in May 2024. This cabin will sleep 6. Relax around the firepit. Cook over the open flame with grilling accessories provided. Enjoy quality family time playing the yard games available. There are also indoor games to enjoy. Flight 93 Memorial and the Tower of Voices are just 4 miles down Rt 30. Mountain Ridge ATV Park is about 5 miles away off of Rt 160. (All ATV’s must remain trailered while on this property.). Mountain Ridge is seasonal so please check their website…www.mountainridgeatvtrails.com. Golf on 2 public courses (one of which is Arnie’s first) at Indian Lake, or go for a swim at the new beach area in Shawnee State Park. Attending a wedding at one of the local venues (The Farm on the Ridge, Friesland Wedding and Events, or Whispering Hollow Estate)? The cabin is just minutes away. Defy science and logic at Gravity Hill. Get an adrenaline rush at Jennerstown Speedway (macadam track) just 15 miles west on Rt 30 or if dirt tracks are your thing, check out Bedford Fairgrounds Speedway. Browse through the antique shops in the area. Historic downtown Bedford and Bedford Springs Resort are just 25 minutes away. 35 miles to Blue Knob Ski Resort. 33 miles to Seven Springs Mountain Resort. Check out the virtual golf simulators at The Alley Sports Bar just down Rt 30 about a quarter mile. This property is great for getting away to relax and unwind. Currently there is no WI-FI connection. There is a TV and DVD player so bring your favorite movies or enjoy one of our classics. Bedding and towels are provided. Two additional cabins are located at the same address. Cabin 1 (The Juniper) will sleep 4 and cabin 3 (The Chestnut) sleeps 6. Or rent all cabins for a party of 16!! Our hostess Cindy was very informative and answered any and all questions before and throughout the stay. Our group kept commenting about the amenities and the cleanliness upon arrival. We absolutely loved the outdoor firepit at night under the stars, and yes the firewood is included with the stay. I'd highly recommend staying here at any time throughout the year. Our group could not think of any negative downside whatsoever with our experience here. Fantastic place!

We liked everything. It's a nice, cozy cabin that had many amenities that made it feel like home. The communication from the host was fantastic, and they made arriving so easy. There was an electric skillet, crock pot, coffee pot, and everything else we needed to relax. It was nice and warm, even on a cold November weekend with snow on the ground. We loved it so much we booked it a second weekend, and plan to do so again in the future. Highly recommend!

The cabins are cozy, well decorated, and have efficient floor plans with top quality appliances and amenities. The cabins are located off the main highway in a quaint and peaceful wooded setting with security lighting. A huge plus is the well water supply flows through a new technology central filtration system that ensures the water is fresh and clear.

Fantastic Cabin

Rented the Country Cabin. First, loved the location as it sits back from the main road. Very quiet, wooded and secluded. The cabin was exceptionally clean It was in “new” condition. The furniture and beds were all extremely comfortable. Met the owners and they couldn’t have been nicer. Highly recommend!!!!
