About this property

Adorable cozy lakefront hilltop cottage for rent. Bring your boat, water toys and family to this private family getaway. 1 bedroom with queen size bed and 2 queen size Futons in the living room. So 6 guests maximum. Fire pit for roasting those marshmallows or having a beer with a buddy. Bring your boat, there's a dock and the launch is just a few houses away. Great fishing lake and of course tubing, skiiing, swimming, all the fun stuff on the water.
Lots of local site seeing sites along the Ausable River, which is about 15 minutes away for those river tubing adventures. Lake Huron is about 30 minutes away and Tawas Point state park is fabulous.
Well behaved quiet pets are allowed and there's a 8x8' dog pen on site. No large or vicious breeds please.
