About this property

This comfortable 1200 sqft house is 300 feet from the beach, with two beach bars and restaurants within walking distance, less than 500 feet away. The house is a midcentury charmer with both back and front patios and all the comforts of home - shiny terrazzo floors in a large living room with lots of windows, a full kitchen, new modern bathrooms, new appliances, lots of built-ins. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet and an adjoining bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom has built-in cabinets and an adjacent bathroom with a tub/shower combo. A bonus sun room has its own sofa bed for privacy or for sleeping. The laundry room is accessible from the carport and also has access to the house. The location is very private, very quiet, despite being close to the active restaurant area. If you want to explore the bay with your canoe or kayak, bay access is a block away. To get to the Gulf of Mexico, walk out the front door, 180 feet down the street to a 2-lane road. Cross the street to the right or left to one of two beach accesses.

Why they chose this property

Sunset Beach is off the beaten path, a sandy spit off Treasure Island, at the end of a dead-end two-lane road. You will meet your neighbors, and watch the sunset without having to get into traffic or cross big highways. It is the real thing.

It's the beach home you always wanted. Comfortable, casual, newly appointed, and with a beautiful beach a 2-minute walk away. You don't have to leave and you won't want to leave!
