The condo is fully furnished and comes with everything you need: 3 TVs with satellite cable, air conditioning, ceiling fans, internet connection, fully-equipped gourmet kitchen with granite counters, 2 large bedrooms with full en-suite bathrooms, large terrace just 50 feet away from the sea, 24h security and electricity etc… all located in a beautiful garden setting.

Full daily rates include all house charges (gas and water, taxes, condominium fees, gardening, security, garbage disposal, pool maintenance, internet connection, satellite TV subscription, private parking etc.) except electricity, which is billed by the Residence according to consumption.

A few house rules:

- No smoking inside the condo.
- Proof of identity and refundable security deposit required by residence.
- Flexible check-in/check-out times, according to availability (if you arrive outside office hours, a prior arrangement is required, and an additional fee may apply).
