REMODELED 2022 BEACH FRONT! 1 FREE BEACH CHAIR SET UP DAILY!

Enjoy this newly remodeled (2022) 1st Floor, two bedroom, two bath, king size bed in master, two queen beds in secondary, sleeper sofa in living area. Sit in the brand new bar height furniture on the open balcony and enjoy the beautiful views and breeze from the beach. It has band new wood flooring throughout the entire condo. The unique mirrored walls in the living and dining area expands the space. The hall bath has a corner shower. The living area and master have large glass doors going out onto the open balcony. The master has a private bath with new counter tops and double sinks. There are 42”, 40" and 50” LCD TV in the respective rooms to enjoy while relaxing under the new ceiling fans in each room.

Jetty East is currently undergoing center stairwell replacement that could go until June 15th. Elevators and two additional stairwells are available along with a temporary center stairwell while the work is being completed. Work should not impact access to beach or units. Any noise, if not minimal, will not be a constant and is only permitted Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm. Please message host for more details if needed.
