This 3 bedroom, 2 bath Mediterranean-inspired escape lockout condo provides arrangements for up to 8, but can be combined with Unit #603b to accommodate up to 14. The living room produces a large wraparound couch and marvelous view of the fully-furnished balcony that oversees the unique white sugar sands and emerald waters of Destin. The living room also provides a six seat dining room table, four individual bar stools, and opens up into a broad kitchen with darkly stained cabinets, stainless steel appliances, granite counters and an undermount sink.

The Master bedroom has a splendid view of the balcony and the beautiful waters with both the window and door leading outside. This room has a king bed, flat screen TV, and an on suite bathroom with granite counters, tile walk-in shower and whirlpool tub. The second bedroom has a king size bed and flat screen TV. The third bedroom has a queen size bed and flat screen TV. The living room has a queen size sleeper sofa for additional sleeping arrangements.
