Our Beautiful Villa Will Provide The Perfect Base For Your Family Vacation

Upon entering the villa you will see the separate formal living room so you can have a little quiet time reading, playing board games or perhaps watching some TV all in a relaxed and comfortable environment. You will find magazines and pamphlets to area attractions to be used as reference during your stay to help you maximize your experience!

The formal living room then leads way to the large family room which is open plan with high vaulted ceilings. The open plan area consists of comfortable sofas and chairs with a flat screen TV, ceiling fan, and a fully equipped computer station. There is plenty of room here for everyone to sit down and enjoy watching a movie or TV. There are large sliding patio doors opening out from the family room to the swimming pool and screened deck area.

The family room is overlooked at the rear by our huge and fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen has a breakfast and snack bar, a large Fridge/Freezer with ice and chilled water dispenser, Cooker, Microwave and Dishwasher. There is also a separate dining table with comfortable fittings and a Highchair so you and the family can enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner together.

The utility room just off the kitchen has a large washing machine, a separate tumble dryer, along with an ironing board and iron. The game room is fully equipped with a sofa, 42" TV, foosball table, pool table, table tennis, and dart board. Strollers and a baby crib are also provided for use.

There are door's leading to all the bedrooms, from the family room and kitchen area. The sleeping areas in our villa are divided up into 4 separate areas. First off you have the Master Bedroom which features a king sized bed and has its own en-suite Master Bathroom with twin sinks, garden jetted tub and walk in shower. The 2nd sleeping area has two bedrooms. The first of these two bedrooms features a queen bed with luxurious fittings while the other sports themed bedroom offers 2 single beds and both bedrooms share a three piece bathroom. The 3rd sleeping area has another Disney Frozen themed bedroom with 2 single beds and a separate bath room down the hall which is shared with the last bedroom in the home, which again has queen bed allowing for optimal sleeping arrangements for either single or multi families.

All bedrooms are finished with comfortable furnishings, ceiling fans, and TV. All bed linen, blankets, pillows and towels are provided for up to 10 guests.

Outside, you will find our large pool deck complete with table and chairs and sun loungers. The pool gets sun all day, overlooks the golf course and is very private and tranquil. This home is situated in an extremely peaceful location and only minutes from all of Orlando's attractions and night life.
