Imagine yourself living in a stunning luxury property located on the prestigious Av. Niemeyer, in the prestigious Leblon. With a panoramic view of the ocean and positioned in front of the Sheraton, this residence offers a unique experience of sophistication and comfort, with 3 levels of lawns with different gardens.

The first lawn is directly connected to the dining room, with wonderful views of both the sea and the garden levels below.

The second lawn has a verdant garden, a glass sauna, a beautiful swimming pool with waterfalls with a wave design, an elevator, a wooden deck and is connected to a gourmet area.

The third and final lawn appears to go straight towards the sea, ending on the rocks of the Leblon coast, with a Jacuzzi at the end.

The house features three elegantly decorated suites: one suite with a spacious king-size bed, two suites with double beds and an additional suite with a queen-size bed.

Each space has been designed with attention to detail, providing the ultimate in luxury and privacy.

The property also has a versatile living room, which can be converted into an additional suite, equipped with a single sofa to accommodate guests in comfort. Additionally, an exclusive loft features a private gym and a double bed to ensure a complete stay in terms of luxury and amenities.

Two parking spaces are available, providing practicality and safety.
