Thank you for your interest in our condominium! Please contact me prior to booking.

Our condo will sleep 3 by using two twin beds in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. The mattresses are good quality and will provide a good night’s rest after shopping or visiting the theme parks. Storage for clothing is available in the bedroom and even more room to store in the living room. The A/C and/or ceiling fan will cool you off during those hot days! The high ceiling gives you even a more spacious feeling!

The condo is an allergen free condo, we have tiles, no carpets at all!

The kitchen is stocked with a dishwasher, coffee maker, pans and some extras to make you feel at home in the kitchen.

Parking is available in front of the condo, just a few steps from the front entrance. It is located on the 1st floor, which gives you a nice view over the pond. You can enjoy the pond from our balcony aswell.

The community has a pool, tennis court and fitness room available. 18-hole golf course and batting cages are available next to the property @ Ventura. You can wash and dry with our brand new washer/dryer combination. We will supply you with some toys for the pool so your kids have will have a fun time in the pool. Two tennis rackets are available for you to enjoy a game of tennis.

The 18-hole course at the Ventura Country Club features 5,500 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 70. The course rating is 66.6 and it has a slope rating of 113. Entrance to the Ventura community is allowed if you have a pre-booked tee time. Rates vary between between $20 and $60. Depending on time of day and month. You can book those deal rates thru the GolfNow app. You could also phone the clubhouse. Lowest price thru the clubhouse is $39, up to $89. The guard will phone the club to verify. If allowed in, the walk to the golf course clubhouse is about 15 mins and can be a trek carrying a golf bag. Of course you could use your car aswell. Another option is to use the driving range at the south exit of Ventura.

The condo is close to stores, outlets, Disney, restaurants and very close to international airport (MCO).

We recommend that you rent a car to get around Orlando because it is such a large city and bus transportation can increase travel time greatly.

Our condo is available by the month. We do not allow smoking and no pets allowed in the condo.

We do not charge cleaning costs, but we require you to clean the condo and wash the linens before you leave.

Please contact us prior to booking and specify with how many persons you would like to stay. Special rates may apply or we may need specific information in order to coordinate reservations. We give priority and discount for long-stay requests (more than three months).

We have WIFI and cable TV available.

Central Florida location

We chose this condo for its closeness to golfing and friends. The central Florida location of this condo is ideal for its distance to stores, restaurants, golfing and most definitely the Orlando International Airport (20 minutes max). Parking at the condo is very convenient and there is a nice view from the balcony overlooking the pond and fountain. Daniel is an excellent property manager and went above beyond to assist us.

Wonderful stay!

My dad and I stayed here while I was looking for an apartment in Orlando. The property was very nice and close to so much. We enjoyed our stay here and Daniel was so helpful and easy to get a hold of. Definitely reccomend this place!

The perfect apartment for my needs

This was the perfect apartment for my needs. I spent a little under two months in the winter to get physical therapy at a nearby facility, and to study (often sitting outside in the florida sun). I had wondered about the neighboorhood. Turns out the extended neighborhood is safe, quiet and close to lots of restaurants with outdoor seating as well as parks with tables. The view from the balcony is really nice, a lake with fountain surrounded by low rise condos. No parking lots or roads in view. Everything was perfect. The Central air works perfectly. The WIFI works perfectly. The cable works perfectly, so does the washer dryer etc. And the twin beds had very nice mattresses. And Daniel, the host, answered all questions. No complaints. A VERY comfortable stay.

Had to go back to Canada a month early due to Covid 19. We arrived in Orlando January 18 and were mandated by our gov't to go home. We left the condo on March 18. It affected our feelings on returning to Florida. We are now waiting on a 50% refund for one month not used on the rental agreement. Quiet residential neighbourhood. with access to good shopping close by. Lovely golf club next door. No activities for residents and pool was broken for the whole vacation. Very quiet ,peaceful area.

The perfect place

This condo is even better than the photos and we slept really well on the comfortable beds! It was very neat and tidy. Close drive to Universal, Disneyworld and Airport. Daniel is very accommodating and happy to help out where he can. You can park your car very close to the condo. Highly recommend!

Private 1 bedroom Condo

This was our first winter rental and we had a few problems but the owner was very nice and helpful. "On-his-own" he refunded some money because our 53 day stay at this one bedroom condo initially was not a good experience for us for the following reasons: (1) The unit was dirty, with unclean /soiled linens on beds (2) The Condo floors were dirty and dusty (3) Broken glass in the bedroom (under the bed and night stand). (4) The twin beds squeaked due to broken slats. (5) Many dirty dishes and pans were found in cabinets and drawers. (6) Our building was having a new roof installed during our stay, but neither owner or ourselves were notified until about 3 weeks prior to our arrival. This issue was a minor disruption to owners and tenants, and likely will not an issue in the future. We contacted the owner Daniel and sent him pictures the initial conditions. The owner was nice and was very upset that previous renters would leave his Condo in the condition we found it; as well as with his caretaker not finding these conditions. My wife and I cleaned the Condo thoroughly and washed all the linens and dishes; as well as fixing the beds (eliminated the squeaking) in order to order to feel we were ready to enjoy the rest of our stay. The location of this condo was perfect for us; as it is near shopping, restaurants, golf and several site-seeing venues. The condo could use more storage space, especially and a dresser drawer unit in the bedroom. We will not be returning to this unit year because we will need a larger condo or house in order have more people staying with us, but if 1 or 2 people are looking for a clean and reasonably priced 1 bedroom condo, this could be a place for you.

Feels like home

It was my second time in the house. My first time was in a winter and my this second time in summer, so I can say air conditioner is a really important thing. The house have a confortable livingroom, a kitchen with everything you will need, a bedroom with strategic window to see ducks in the lake and a very cleaned bathroom. You can have access to gym, laundry and a reserved parking in the condo. The park further away is 30 minutes (Universal or Disney parks). It's a excellent place for vacation stay and of course I will come back other times !

Great stay at Ventura

We stayed at Daniel's condo for 2 months. The listing was extremely accurate and everything looks as it does in the photos he provides. It was a beautiful condo that was clean upon arrival and easy to maintain throughout our stay! Daniel provided us with great customer service and was always very quick to respond. He even has tour books of Orlando provided for you if you are not familiar with the area. It is close to major roads such as 528, 408, and 417. Very close to the airport, and a large selection of restaurants to choose from (especially when you head down Semoran! Chuy's became a fast favorite of ours) International drive and other major attractions are easy to access by taking one of the close by toll roads. The condo has everything you need. Beds and couches were comfy and all appliances worked well. If we ever need a place to stay in Orlando we would not hesitate coming back here, and would definitely recommend Daniel's condo!

Niceclean condo on a great location

Daniels condo is a great place to get away from all the busyness and come to rest! Daniel was nice and helped us out with all our questions beforehand. The location is great because the condo is located right between downtown, Disney and the outlet malls. The pool is nice and there is a golf course next to the condominium park. The condo had everything we needed for our short stay: clean comfy beds, cabel tv, a good shower/bath, close to the airport (about 15 min) and stable internet. I can definitely recommend this property!

GREAT PLACE - EVERYTHING WE NEEDED

My experience was great. If you're going to Orlando for the parks (or wishing to be close to the airport), this place is perfectly situated. The neighborhood was nice with a little lake and a nice pool. The unit is clean with all tiles; has everything we needed including a full kitchen. Daniel was helpful and responded to my questions promptly.
