Gated private 1 bedroom condo near airport & golf - available from November.

Our condo will sleep 3 by using two twin beds in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. The mattresses are good quality and will provide a good night’s rest after shopping or visiting the theme parks. Storage for clothing is available in the bedroom and even more room to store in the living room. The A/C and/or ceiling fan will cool you off during those hot days! The high ceiling gives you even a more spacious feeling!

The condo is an allergen free condo, we have tiles, no carpets at all!

The kitchen is stocked with a dishwasher, coffee maker, pans and some extras to make you feel at home in the kitchen.

Parking is available in front of the condo, just a few steps from the front entrance. It is located on the 1st floor, which gives you a nice view over the pond. You can enjoy the pond from our balcony aswell.

The community has a pool, tennis court and fitness room available. 18-hole golf course and batting cages are available next to the property @ Ventura. You can wash and dry with our brand new washer/dryer combination. We will supply you with some toys for the pool so your kids have will have a fun time in the pool. Two tennis rackets are available for you to enjoy a game of tennis.

The 18-hole course at the Ventura Country Club features 5,500 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 70. The course rating is 66.6 and it has a slope rating of 113. Entrance to the Ventura community is allowed if you have a pre-booked tee time. Rates vary between between $20 and $60. Depending on time of day and month. You can book those deal rates thru the GolfNow app. You could also phone the clubhouse. Lowest price thru the clubhouse is $39, up to $89. The guard will phone the club to verify. If allowed in, the walk to the golf course clubhouse is about 15 mins and can be a trek carrying a golf bag. Of course you could use your car aswell. Another option is to use the driving range at the south exit of Ventura.

The condo is close to stores, outlets, Disney, restaurants and very close to international airport (MCO).

Cocoa Beach - 1hr drive

We recommend that you rent a car to get around Orlando because it is such a large city and bus transportation can increase travel time greatly.

Our condo is available by the month. We do not allow smoking and no pets allowed in the condo.

We do not charge cleaning costs, but we require you to clean the condo and wash the linens before you leave.

Please contact us prior to booking and specify with how many persons you would like to stay. Special rates may apply or we may need specific information in order to coordinate reservations. We give priority and discount for long-stay requests (more than three months).

We have WIFI and cable TV available.
