Parys Villas is consisted of Villas with private swimming pools and Apartments (one of which also features a private swimming pool). The property is located in a tranquil setting surrounded by olive groves and scenic countryside high on the hilltop of Akrotiri on the east coast of the island and only some minutes away from Zakynthos Town.

The Two-Storey Stone Villa with a private pool has a size of 100 sqm and is a great choice for a relaxing vacation in Zakynthos (Zante). Each villa is situated in a 300sqm private plot full of olive groves, while its surroundings can be transformed into a "natural playground" ideal for children and why not grown ups.

On the ground floor, guests will find a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, a lounge with fireplace and handmade Vetetian style furniture and a bathroom with shower. The lounge and kitchen doors open to a large wooden decked veranda overlooking the swimming pool and enjoying lovely views of the surrounding nature. Sunbeds and umbrellas are also available. The inner stairs lead to the first, attic type, floor where guests will find 2 bedrooms and a separate utility area. The master bedroom is fitted with a handcrafted cast iron king size bed, en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi and a balcony with sea views. The second bedroom features 2 single beds and en-suite bathroom with shower. The utility area is equipped with all necessary ironing facilities and a washing machine.

All rooms are fully air-conditioned, while each villas offers its own parking area. Free Wi-Fi is available to all areas.

*This type of accommodation can comfortably sleep up to 6 persons, as the 2 extra guests can sleep on the double sofa bed located in the living room (there is an extra charge on the room price for the 5th and the 6th person). A baby cot can be offered free of charge upon request and availability.

Paris Villas Akrotiri

Gruppo di quattro villette affiancate (ma non attaccate) tra di loro, dotate ciascuna di una propria piscina (5 mt x 2). Il contesto è molto bello, immerso in una spettacolare distesa di oliveti, silenziosissimo e fresco (per quanto lo consente la stagione). Le villette sono di costruzione recente, in pietra e legno e divise in due piani (zona giorno e zona notte). Abbondante ma non ombreggiato il posto auto (indispensabile quest'ultima, data la distanza da una qualsiasi spiaggia e dal centro abitato). Lo spazio non manca, la zona giorno è vasta e agevolmente convertibile in stanza da letto con divano matrimoniale e bagno autonomo. Altre due stanze doppie al piano superiore con altrettanti bagni. L'allestimento di questi ultimi è una nota dolente: docce alquanto strette con l'odiosissima tenda di plastica che facilmente causa l'allagamento dell'intero ambiente, lavandini piccoli e NIENTE BIDET! Le stanze sono, comunque comode e tutte dotate di condizionatore. La dotazione della cucina non è generosissima ma non manca nulla di essenziale. La biancheria (lenzuola ed asciugamani) viene cambiata ogni quattro giorni, la pulizia è un pò meno accurata. Il proprietario è molto gentile e disponibile, anche se non parla italiano e farfuglia un massimo di dieci parole in inglese. Complessivamente, per qualcosina in meno sul prezzo, ci tornerei anche subito.

Beautiful!

Really stunning Villa with beautiful surroundings, just a shame that we couldn't use the pool as was cleaned once after we got there, but unfortunately there was a cockroach at the bottom which wasn't nice. All in all was perfect, really natural and relaxing week and Pedro the Owner was really nice and good at communicating throughout the start of the booking process and during our stay.

Meilleure villa sur Zakhnthos

Magnifique villa! Superbement bien placée. Proche du centre ville mais assez à l'écart pour être au calme. Le propriétaire était adorable avec nous, car nous avons eu besoin de lui pour appeller pour nos quads. On a pu les avoir dès le ledemain! On a demandé un barbecue pour se faire de bonnes grillades, qu'il nous a gentiment ramèné tout de suite. La piscine était toujours propre, mais il faisait toujours attention pour l'entretenir lorsqu'on était pas là! On a promis d'y retourner, et nous allons le faire, très prochainement! ευχαριστώ

Happy holiday 😃☀️

We had a fabulous holiday in this villa. The views were lovely and It is located away from the hustle and bustle of every day life on the island with stunning views from the balcony. We found plenty to do on the island and lots more that we want to go back for. The kitchen did not have a wide range of equipment for a keen cook (which I am not!) but we shopped at local supermarkets and ate in on some days and found excellent restaurants and bars close by on others. We would definitely recommend this villa and hope to visit again ourselves soon.
