Summary:

Experience a taste of West Texas charm with a touch of "John Wayne at Starbucks" at this unique stay! Boasting modern luxury and a distinctive Texas heritage décor, this 4-bedroom, 2-bath property stands out as one of Abilene's first upscale rental homes since 2004.



Mesquite furniture, oriental rugs, antique quilts, and an abundance of hides, horns, and hats add to the authentic Texan atmosphere. Step outside to discover an inviting private pool and deck. We invite you to hang your hat!!



The Space:

The sleeping arrangements include queen size beds in two bedrooms, a pair of twin beds in another, and the Bunkhouse with 4 twins—two on the lower level and two floor mattresses in the loft. All beds are furnished with top-quality mattresses and high thread count sheets. One of the bathrooms features a luxurious Jacuzzi tub, and both bathrooms are stocked with hotel style towels..

Great house close to the center of town. House was perfect for a weekly trip for work, pool was too cold to enjoy this early in the season, but the backyard was a nice place to relax and cook on the grill!! Would absolutely look to stay here again in the future!

Cozy home away from home

The house was very clean and well decorated. We felt cozy right away. The owners were wonderful regarding communication. The kitchen was well stocked. And the beds were very comfortable. Happy to have access to a washing machine. A home away from home.

Beautiful home and easy to reach hosts

We stayed for my nieces wedding, the hosts were very easy to contact and receptive to needs. The only two downsides was the pool was dirty (hello Texas and trees, it’s unavoidable) and the trashcans outside were full upon arrival (another unavoidable if it wasn’t trash pickup day yet). Otherwise, perfect stay! My kids LOVED the secret room and we had family movie night out there. Thank you for allowing us to have a family weekend in your property!

This property is truly amazing and unique. We rented this for my son’s graduation party. We had plenty of room for our three sons, my parents and my sister and her husband. Every one loved the decor. We also had a small get together with his friends and thr layout teas perfect for our lunch Buffett and cake. I’m so sad we found this gem right as he graduated would have loved to stay during his tenure at ACU.

Great place for groomsmen

The place is perfect for a groom and his 7 groomsmen. Unfortunately, they didn’t have much time there to hang out and enjoy the basketball court and pool. By the way, the young men had played basketball together in college. The host was so sweet and easy to get in touch with. I enjoyed chatting with her. Their hospitality is genuine! They left my son and his friends some sweets and a congratulatory bottle of spirits. Thank you!!!
