Baypoint Condo - Beautiful Lake side views, 2 pools, boat slip, kid's playground, work out room, and very close to Red Head's, Margaritaville, Shorty Pants, and the Oaks Golf Course; it's the perfect location to many of the lake hotspots by boat and car!
Our 2-level condo provides the comfort and space you need to relax and/or socialize with family and friends. 1 King-size BR and 1 full BA on the main floor. 2 King-size BR and 2 Full BA on the lower level. The beds are all very comfortable and adjustable. For extra sleeping space, the leather sofa pulls out to a Queen-size bed. All of the bedrooms have plenty of space and hangers provided. There are two decks - one on the main floor and one on the lower level.
The main level living room and kitchen are fully remodeled with lake house vibes, new floors, counter tops and appliances. The kitchen and pantry are fully stocked with everything you could possibly need for cooking. There is also a fully stocked laundry room on the main level. There is ample space for parking your vehicles, as well as a space to park your trailer. Enjoy the ceiling to floor windows, or the two decks for amazing views. Wi-Fi is available. There are kid games, cards and some adult games for your pleasure.
The kitchen and bathrooms are fully stocked with necessities. Bath towels, clean linens, a cooler and swimming pool noodles are provided. No need to walk upstairs; a mini-fridge and Keurig coffee pot are supplied on the lower deck to enjoy your favorite drink.
The boat lift can store a V shaped boat up to 26 feet. No swimming off the docks. Fishing is allowed off the docks.
To note: gas grills have been outlawed on the decks of condos, thus, no grill is supplied for use.
Be watchful of Deer on the road into the Baypoint Condo complex - many deer roam freely in the area.

We are from Des Moines, IA and have been coming to the lake for 20 years. We love being on the water boating, swimming, and enjoying time with family and friends.
Why they chose this property
Our condo is easy to access - all good-paved roads right up to the condo parking lot. We love our location - close to the Oaks Golf Course, Margaritaville, Red Heads and Shorty pants. We have friends and family with properties nearby. Beware of Deer; they roam freely on the drive in, and arround the condos at night. Our condo is spacious and is a beautiful-peaceful retreat.
What makes this property unique
We have a 2 level condo with 3 King Size Bedrooms, 3 Full Baths, 2 decks and a boat slip with a lift. Our condo sits close to the lake water and the lake side pool for scenic views.
