Upgraded apartment where attention was paid to each and every detail for the guests to make them feel home away from home.

The living area has a beautiful set consisting of sofa, chairs, coffee and dining table, gorgeous chandelier, wall-mounted HDTV. The open plan kitchen is equipped. From the living area there is an access to the large balcony with a stunning view of Ain Dubai, which is even more impressive at night.

The master bedroom has a HDTV, king-size bed, room-darkening shades.

The second bedroom has 2 single beds with room-darkening shades too. A good sleep is guaranteed.

There are 2 en-suite bathrooms and a powder room at the entrance to the apartment.



Guests have an access to the community area available for the residents only, children's playground, BBQ area, basketball court, swimming pool, gym, and private parking space. Besides that, there is a variety of restaurants and cafes right across the street and Ain Dubai, which offers breathtaking views.

The grocery store is within a walking distance.
