In this great one-bedroom apartment in Barrio Norte / Recoleta lots of light floods into the spacious living room from the sizeable balcony with wonderful views over the city. Set at the back of this modern apartment building, you are close enough to the action on lively Santa Fe Avenue, yet shielded from the noise of the city below.
The fully fitted and modern American open plan kitchen looks onto the large living area, which features a comfortable L shape couch and dining table with four chairs. The other side of the apartment features a stand alone bedroom area with a double bed and fully equipped bathroom. The apartment also has cable TV, a stereo, two air conditioning units, Wi-Fi internet and a security safe for your valuables. The building itself also has a small indoor gym and rooftop terrace with a nice pool, ideal to refresh on the hot summer days.
