Perfect for boats 25ft or smaller. Paddle boards, bikes, kayaks and BBQ grill provided. Plenty of outdoor parking, enough space to park boat trailer or RV on side of house. Main 2nd level contains master bedroom with large walk-in shower and jetted tub, half bath, large kitchen with center island, and family room. First level contains 3 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms, laundry room, and seating area with TV. Large patios on both levels with seating areas, upper level is perfect for watching the sunset and sunrise (on front patio). 4 restaurants located on the island : Square Grouper, Broil Island Steakhouse, My New Joint, and The Bent Prop Bar & Grill.
