The property is a large, beautiful home on a quiet street. We are located walking distance to parks and pedestrian walkways, bus stops (e.g., 75 cents Huntington Park express) walking distance to stores (thrift shop, pharmacy, butcher shop, car wash, nail salon, barber shop, bar, etc.) and restaurants (e.g., fast food, casual dining, coffee and donut shops), and a weekly Farmer's Market (less than 10 minute walk away) . The room is fully furnished with a very comfortable Queen bed, closet, hangers, dresser, night stand with drawers, lamp as well as ceiling fan/light. There is also a shared furnished bathroom with shower and bathtub, large shared kitchen, outdoor storage available, outdoor patio area with canopy, table, and chairs, shared living room with fireplace, fast wifi, and all utilities included (washer and dryer in garage). We have one cat who is very friendly and low maintenance. We are a bilingual family (Spanish), which includes our baby, my partner, and I.
