About this space
Welcome to our cozy Torrance bungalow! 10 minutes from Torrance Memorial Hospital, this is a perfect location for traveling nurses or others in the healthcare industry.
Head to the beach less than 4 miles away to lay out in the sun, walk the strand, grab a cup of coffee, or eat some yummy food.
Only a 5 minute walk and you'll find yourself at Wilson Park with many fun activities including pickleball, batting cages, and a huge farmers market.
The space
Located in a family-friendly neighborhood of Torrance, a big town with small town vibes. A freshly upgraded add-on studio with a super comfortable queen size IKEA mattress, fresh cotton bath towels, and organic linens.

Clean, simple kitchenette perfect for your basic dining needs. Small fridge, Britta water filter, Microwave, Toaster, and our favorite Pour Over coffee maker complete with hot water kettle.

High-speed internet, perfect for remote work environments.

For your entertainment a 42-inch mounted TV with Apple TV connecting you to your Netflix, Hulu, Peacock, YouTube, and Disney+ accounts.

Just a short drive to the ocean, LAX, Hospitals, Trader Joe’s, coffee shops, organic markets, the famous In-N-Out Burger, Farmers Market, shopping malls, a variety of restaurants, parks, movie theaters, Redondo Riviera, and the Palos Verdes Cliffs. (Sounds like fun, right?)

Our hope is to create a space for you to make yourself at home, feel safe, and have fun!
Guest access
Backhouse studio attached to the garage with a gated, private side entrance. You will have your own parking spot in our driveway so you don't need to walk far.

We live full-time in the front house along with our dog, Gibson.
Other things to note
We live in a family neighborhood so let's keep our neighbors happy and keep it down after 8 pm on weekdays and 10 pm on weekends. Thank you so much for understanding!

If you have any questions or concerns before or after booking, please let us know. We've been able to offer flexible check-ins and checkouts and we do our best to accommodate where we can in order to give you a 5-star stay!

We had a great stay! The place was charming and nicely decorated with super comfy bed and linens and a very nice shaded outdoor space. Check-in and check-out were easy. Located within walking distance from a couple parks. Would stay again!

Great local spot

Exactly as advertised, clean, and included small appliances and kitchen supplies so cooking was manageable. The rental is not on a super busy street, so parking and pulling out of the driveway was very doable. As someone who grew up in the area, we really appreciated being able to stay with locals. I would definitely stay here again!

Torrance/LA Vibe

Torrance Bungalow was a cute and cozy comfortable place to relax and sleep. We were out visiting family so we enjoyed coming back to comfort. We had all the basic necessities we needed and the bed was comfortable.

A gem in a wonderful area, with outstanding hosts!

As soon as I arrived, Jacob was attentive, thoughtful and accommodating. The driveway, patio and room were extraordinarily clean and the exceptional rating is well-deserved. Communication between me and Jacob was seamless and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I would recommend this to anyone and I would definitely book this again for myself. What a treat!

This cozy bungalow is a wonderful retreat. It sits in a safe and quiet neighborhood. The space is nicely decorated and features a convenient, nice kitchenette. The host is very friendly and stays in the main house if you need anything during your stay. Good communication. The owner gave us a heads up about construction work on one of the days to inform us there might be some noise. We were gone during the day, so it didn't effect us.

Great location and great hosts! We rented the Bungalow to be near a family member who is hospitalized in the area and found the rental and the host to be perfect matches for what we needed. Great location and great hosts! We rented the Bungalow to be close to a family member who was hospitalized nearby and found the location and the host to be a perfect match for what we needed.
