Enjoy this cozy, clean, fully furnished and equipped one bedroom and one bath home centrally located in the city of Torrance. Very short walk from Del Amo Fashion Mall, only a short distance to old Torrance with local restaurants, shops, entertaining night life, hospitals and only a few miles from LAX airport, SoFi and local beaches.
It is a perfect stay for business travelers, families, and tourists.
The space
This is a private guest home that consists of one bedroom and one bathroom with a Queen size bed in bedroom that comfortably sleeps two.
Comes with clean linens, towels, shampoo, liquid soaps, and everything else you'll need for an accommodating stay.
Wifi network with very fast speeds (Gigabit internet with effective 200Mbps to 400Mbps over wifi) and complete coverage over the entire property.
Recessed lighting and a TV in the living room.
Hairdryer, iron, ironing board, hangers are provided.
Kitchen includes full-size oven, range, microwave, coffee maker, garbage disposal, cooking equipment and essentials.

Petfect in every way!!

The house was exactly as decribed - comfy and private. It was perfectly located close to my sisters. Carol and Sandra were very responsive and if we ever need to stay in Torrance, will definitely stay here again!

Clean, comfortable. Perfect for two. Much better than staying in a hotel with less room and less convenience. We were there for volleyball at Hermosa Beach, about 20 minutes away and an easy drive. Family neighborhood that is well kept and feels safe. Lots of stores and restaurants and variety close by. Host graciously provided us with a couple of beach chairs and a beach blanket to use. We're back each summer as long as the granddaughter (an elite, nationally-ranked player) continues with beach volleyball. We would gladly stay here again!

The location was perfect. Near shops (mall) Torrance Plunge pool, target and grocery store as well as such easy access to the fwys. All of these are important to me when traveling!! The house was a perfect size for the two of us. A niece and nephew came over and thought it was great too! The lady in the front house was super nice and said I could park in the driveway which helped a lot as my husband just had open heart surgery and walking was difficult at this time. The host responded very quickly and when I needed an extra day it wasn’t a problem and she added the day into my reservation and I paid the difference. Thank you so much. You were wonderful.

The location was very good with easy access to shopping, dining, the beach & other areas.Having a driveway to park in was great. The neighborhood is very quiet.Good communication from the host. Check in was easy. I appreciated the keyless entry.The a/c in the bedroom was much appreciated! The house is very spacious.We enjoyed the tv, it was easy to access our streaming services and we're so glad it wasn't one of those tiny ones we often see.The livingroom was comfortable to relax in at the end of the day.Having a kitchen to cook in was nice. There is a enough cookware & dishes for light meals.The bathroom lighting is very bright & perfect for getting ready for the day.All in all this is a good rental.

Serviceable Stay

The property was clean, although the large wall heater vents, ceiling vent and kitchen blinds were pretty dirty and would be simple to clean. The neighborhood is very nice, the furniture in the unit is in good shape, and the linens are new/newer. But, what is not apparent in the pictures is that the wall-to-wall carpeting, appliances, kitchen cabinetry, shower floor, and sinks are tired and showing more wear than I personally prefer. I'm not sure if the pricing is commensurate with its condition.

We really enjoyed our stay at this guest house in Torrance. The neighborhood was charming, quiet, and felt very safe—perfect for walks. The home and outdoor space were even nicer than the photos suggested. The garden and outdoor seating were especially inviting, and the living/kitchen area felt spacious with plenty of storage.A few small suggestions based on personal preference:(1) Additional easily accessible outlets on both sides of the bed would be helpful.(3) The scent on the linens and blankets was quite strong. For guests with sensitivities, using unscented products or offering that option could make a big difference.(3) The shower setup takes a little getting used to, as the showerhead is positioned toward the door and sits relatively low; the handheld option works well for rinsing.Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we would happily return.
